Food was A M A Z I N G... with 3 snaps. This is a must eat place. Cute ambiance. Quick service. The QR code makes it easy to order table side. I don't have any pictures because we were hungry and just dug in!

Big burrito! Ingredients fresh & flavorful. Guac was delicious. Beans were ok but I like that they are vegetarian. I'd order this burrito again w/o lettuce & beans. I'm hoping I can add shrimp or mahi. Inside has bar area as well as tables. Establishment seemed clean.

During my short vacation in cocoa beach I happened to stumble across Sergio's Tacos. The establishment was clean, staff was friendly, and attentive. The woman making the tacos up front was quick and food came out amazing. I ordered the birra tacos, typically other places have soggy tacos but Sergio's birra tacos stayed nice and crispy even after drowning them in the broth. 10/10 would recommend for a quick, but filling bite by the beach.

Found this Mexican restaurant on the one-way part of A1A in Cocoa Beach heading south. I will be honest and say the biggest reason for me stopping by was following clues for a letterbox. Even though I did not find it (because I was at the wrong Mexican restaurant), I am glad I went because the food was delicious. As mentioned by some, this is a hole-in-the-wall in the midst of a strip mall. Entered into a clean and nice restaurant that highlights green as its color after using a bit more force to open the door since it was kind of heavy. For people who want limited contact with people, this is the place to go as you order your food at a kiosk. I do assume the limited contact you will do is when receiving your food. Overall, it is a restaurant in which customers can be private with their orders... or maybe they can talk if they like. Ordered the chicken fajita burrito and cheese quesadilla. I am surprised at how good the food is. Something about how they prepare their food and/or ingredients or maybe the spices they use made it stand out. As a matter of fact, I will even go as far as to say that despite it being my first time, their food was above average simply because it was "different" from other Tex Mex but in a good way. To also be fair, the aforementioned could be my preference, but others have given this place perfect scores too. And on a sidenote: the food in general is priced on average between $10 to $20 before tax. So the price of food is average these days. I will definitely return to try some of their food if I am in the vicinity but hankering for some Tex Mex.

A plump Chicken Burrito. I asked for guacamole and sour cream to be added in.

Food - 4 Service - 4 Ambience - 4 TOKIDOKI Nomad Blog https://jacquelinemhadel.com/ IG: jackiehadel1 A solid option on a beach day when you're craving some burritos or tacos. I've been coming here since it opened a few years ago and I've only ever gotten the Chicken Burrito, LOL. I have no doubt everything else is good, but I can't really speak on them. I can just say that the staff is very accommodating and Sergio is hands-on and seems to always be there. Usually very quick service for my takeaway order. You won't be disappointed.

This was our first stop on our weekend vacation in CB, and let me say that this is an absolute must stop. We had an early dinner since we had just gotten in town, and one of my favorite kinds of restaurants are hole in the wall mom and pop establishments. This place was quite literally that, as there was a woman in the window plating up food just as we walked up. We ordered the nachos and salsa, birria tacos, as well as a mix of other tacos, specifically the carne asada, carnitas, and shrimp tacos. We also ordered the Jamaica lemonades. It was hot outside and inside the restaurant as their A/C happened to be broken while we were visiting, which honestly made the lemonade all the better. The tacos themselves ranged from being absolutely phenomenal to being the least best, with the birria and the carnitas being perfect in every way (not to mention really fresh and really HOT) and the carne asada being the least best, but still tasty nonetheless. This place is a hidden gem, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a delicious down home casual spot to check these guys out!

Sergio's Tacos 76 S. Orlando Ave. Cocoa Beach, FL 32931 4.5 Stars (local chain review) Sergio is an up and comer, if there is such a thing, in the local food scene. With two locations, one in Titusville and the one in Cocoa Beach I visited, Sergio is building a growing crowd of followers. He greets you upon entry and is a very congenial fellow. I put in an order for his Mexican Torta and one Carne Asada taco. There is something about creative food that makes my inner Anthony Bourdain extremely happy. Sergio really brings it and leaves nothing in the tank. The Mexican Torta, for those not in the know, is basically the Mexican version of your typical Hoagie sandwich. The differences, of course, are cultural. Instead of a Baguette or other European bread, a torta is served on a Mexican French Roll and includes panela cheese (a Mexican cheese that is white and smooth with a soft, creamy texture. Also known as Queso Panela), lettuce, tomato, red onions, jalapenos and avocado along with a protein of your choice. In this case, I went with the Tinga (shredded chicken). As with anything involving a bread base, it begins and ends with the bread. This Mexican French Roll was fresh, tasty, and chewy in all the right places. The shredded chicken was tender, juicy, flavorful and sheer delight on the palate. Topped with fresh hand-sliced veggies, you can't go wrong with this menu option. ¡Bien hecho, Sergio! I love it when I review a place and it's hard to put down an item to move on to the next. I feel like Pooh Bear in a Honey Store. As one can see from the pics, the Carne Asada taco looked spectacular. Hand-cut onion and cilantro with a fresh lime wedge tucked inside a freshly made corn tortilla. The only thing that could mess this up was the meat and that was not happening. Obviously made with the same care and love as the Tinga above, this was some of, if not the best, Carne Asada I've had the pleasure of masticating upon. The meat was so tender as to practically melt on the tongue and the flavors cascaded around my mouth like Mexican meatastic flavor crystals. ¡Excelente! I am going to go out on a limb here and say everything, and I mean everything is made on-site and I would also guess by the man, Sergio, himself. Everything is far too fresh to be otherwise. If he had lime trees on the property, I wouldn't be surprised in the least. I half expected to hear chickens in a coop (I did not). The Big Boy says, "Fresh Mexican fare in both locations. You can't miss at Sergio's. ¡Cosas buenas!

Me and my buddy are from Cali, and both military. I haven't had more than 8 total days with my immediate family for home cooked meals in almost a year and a half! But today I had real tortillas, real birria meat, real guac, and some real fucking Chile verde the music felt like a Sunday morning for me. Aguas are decent! But the star was birria tacos consume was nice and hot! Always add limón and sal for it. We went a step further and added guac. Idk if the cheese Oaxaca but it was still damn fire. The tortillas are homemade love that so much can't get a lot around from here. Service was fast as hell too! Brought in the meal and you can see them working at the grill plate.

However, when we got there (this place is inside a resort lobby area), two young women were at the front of the place and did not greet us at all. I had to ask for my takeout, which I could see was packed up and sitting right in front of us at the front desk. One of them just walked away. The other asked us to wait a moment and left us standing there looking at our takeout. I walked in and looked around and was finally able to wave down the guy who took our order. He was busy waiting on a table. The women had disappeared. As far as quality of food, it was okay. We had cheese enchiladas and also the seafood enchiladas with rice and beans. We also ordered the taco dinner that had 3 beef tacos on it. Those were the best and most flavorful. We were given chips and salsa at no extra charge, so that was a nice surprise. We would eat there again but stick with the tacos in the future.

I used to go to Cocoa Beach every year growing up. When my mom got sick with stage 4 cancer this past year and decided that she wanted to eventually have her ashes scattered there, we took one more trip together as a whole family while everyone was still around. My wife reached out to the hotel and a couple of businesses nearby with our story. Kelly invited my whole family in for a free meal, and showered us with love, warmth, and generosity of spirit unlike any other business---or frankly, stranger---than I ever encountered. We wanted to repay her for her kindness, so we picked out some cute hats from her shop, but when we went to pay her for them, she ended up giving us those too, and throwing in a deck of cards for my son. Lastly, after walking us over to her next door neighboring business, The Fat Donkey, to do the same (she had talked to them earlier), Kelly had such a moving, long conversation with my mom. I'm not sure what they talked about, but it was unbelievably clear that we all felt the same way about Kelly. Please please please go to the Tiny Turtle. Spend your money there. Give this business your love. Tell the waiters that you heard the food was good and the owner was even better. This is the kind of business that is not only bringing good food to people for a good price, but is bringing good to people, period. Thank you, Kelly, for all that you did for my mom and for my family. I know that it may not seem like much for strangers reading this review, but the generosity and kindness and beautiful caring words from a stranger when we are going through a hard year was much more impactful than what people know. I'm hoping that it will be a long time until we see you again, but we will most certainly be back to the Tiny Turtle.

The restaurant itself looked the part and so did the food. ..The atmosphere and presentation of the food were exactly what you'd expect from an authentic Mexican restaurant....Unfortunately, the flavor just wasn't there. We ordered the ceviche..it was lazily slapped together..let's say it's "rustic" style it had about 1oz of tomatoes and a 1/4 of red onion with 3 colossal shrimp cut into chunks in it and a half of avocado for $13. We ordered two kids' enchiladas with rice and beans, a kids' quesadilla, an order of flautas, and a horchata. While everything looked great, almost every dish lacked seasoning and depth of flavor. Ironically, the most flavorful thing we had was the salsa but it came in such a tiny bowl that it was gone after literally four chips. It was about the size of just over a ketchup cup, which wasn't nearly enough for the basket of chips. The horchata was also disappointing. It tasted more like watered-down milk than the rich, cinnamon-flavored drink i was expecting. If you're looking for authentic, bold hispanic flavors, this may leave you disappointed. However, if you're looking for a more diluted, americanized mexican restaurant, this may be exactly what you're looking for. Jonathan's excellent service is the reason this review received 4 stars instead of fewer.

Rahul ordered the California burrito and I ordered La Comadre, which came with 1 bean burrito, 1 enchilada, 1 veggie quesadilla, and veggies/rice on the side. The amount of food was a lot, but the execution just wasn't there. The California burrito was open on both sides, so it was basically impossible to pick up and eat like an actual burrito. My enchilada and bean burrito came out room temperature, and the shredded cheese on the enchilada was completely unmelted. The enchilada sauce was probably the biggest miss for me, it tasted really unfresh and mostly just like canned tomatoes. Service also wasn't great. They do have a nice patio area, which was one of the reasons we wanted to try it, but our server never really checked on us. We had to go inside to ask for my food to be rewarmed and then go inside again to ask for the check. Overall, the portions are huge and the patio is cute, but I wouldn't return based on the food or service.

There's wood everywhere, and the décor is designed with the ocean in mind. It's casual, relaxed, and exactly the kind of atmosphere you'd expect near the coast. They also have souvenirs for sale, including T-shirts and a few other items. For food, we ordered the 1/2 lb. Fresh Chargrilled Burger and the Surf & Turf Burger. First, the service was great! We were greeted and told to sit wherever we liked, and the good service continued throughout our meal. Of course, we had to try a couple of drinks too! We ordered the Apple Pie Old Fashioned and the Pineapple Upside Down. The Apple Pie Old Fashioned was really good. One of those drinks you could easily have three of before realizing it! The Pineapple Upside Down was good too, but it mostly tasted like a pineapple drink. Tasty, but not much of a buzz. Now, let's talk about the burgers. Both burgers were juicy and flavorful, but I was expecting a little more from the Surf & Turf Burger. There was actually a generous amount of lobster piled on top, and the lobster itself was cooked well. But after tasting it, I found myself wishing I had just ordered a lobster roll instead. For me, the flavor of the burger overpowered the lobster. Lobster has such a delicate, naturally sweet flavor, and I felt like some of that got lost once it was paired with the beef. But that's just me nitpicking and probably a sign that when I want lobster, I should just order the lobster! Overall, we had a good experience. Great service, a fun beach-town atmosphere, good drinks, and juicy burgers made this a nice stop before continuing on to Cocoa Beach.
