My wife & I were in town for the weekend & it was late but we were starving, luckily for us Perrotti's was open & they had good reviews so we decided to order an appetizer, Pizza & dessert for delivery. The Pizza was delicious! It was a pan pizza, I'm not big on pan pizza but my wife is so I ate it & I got to say that Perrotti's might have just turned me on to pan pizza! The dessert was the cherry sweetza it was good too. The only issue we had with the meal was our appetizer, the menu said buffalo chicken Stuffed Rolls, it was just plain grilled chicken which wasn't bad the rolls were still good but we were expecting buffalo chicken with the buffalo saucy chicken so for that I give Perotti's a 4 out of 5 since they wont let us do a 4.5. We have been a semi regular customer for several years. We have tried many different items on their menu. We didn't much care for their pies (over cooked, sparse filling, bland taste of the dough) 2 star. Their calzones are pretty much the same complaint 2 star. The pizza has always been good, 5 star. the meatless salads have always been good 5 star. The chicken wings are pretty good but not excellent so that would be 4 star. The pasta dishes are alright but lack a robust flavor that a slow cooked sauce should have 3 stars. There has been a problem several months ago with the deli meats and cheese being a little bit old or cold temp not maintained properly 2 star. Their toasted sandwiches are good, but a bit greasy 4 star. Our biggest complaint has been for years and continues to be that no matter how strongly you ask for a little bit extra lettuce even to pay extra for it, they NEVER have put more than a couple coin size bits on the sandwich 1 star. Then add in that the meat and cheese might be on the edge of time and or temperature 3 star. The Tiramisu is excellent 5 star. Not going to do anything other than pizza or meatless salads. This is why they only get a 3 star overall from me. read more

Ordered a thin crust, personal size pepperoni pizza with the addition of black olives. Received what looked like a pizza with no pepperoni. (I didn't order a pizza with pepperoni added. I ordered an actual pepperoni pizza!) The cheese was dark brown and tough from being left in the oven too long. It was so overcooked that the crust was tough. Horribly rude customer service! A low-life loser/druggie works there daily and doesn't want your business (especially if you're a regular). He will screen your phone calls and hang up on you! I placed an order on 12/31/2023 at 9:30 PM through the Slice app which is super expensive with all the added on fees as it is...If you don't wanna work on the holidays then adjust your hours. Ordered DoorDash (and yes they are partly responsible) and pizza arrived undercooked, cold, missing ingredients. I've had frozen pizza that was better. Made a complaint through DD on the temp of pizza which could have been rectified with reheating if the pizza actually tasted good and was correct but it wasn't. When I called the restaurant, like the app says to if there are further issues the person answering the phone said he can't help me. Came here on a Saturday night to pick up dinner. I ordered 2 large pizzas and it took about 40ish minutes. I usually try not to fault restaurants for for long wait times especially if it's on a weekend but I do wish they would say beforehand how long it would take or how many orders are ahead of us. I think if you like this pizza or not will depend on personal preference. This pizza itself was pretty doughy and saucey. I prefer a thinner pizza with not as much sauce and cheesier. However, my family absolutely loved it! And it definitely tasted fresh. They do have a thin crust option so I might try that next time :) If you do come, I would definitely order ahead cause it seemed like the majority of people here were picking up orders they had called ahead on. read more

Ordered an 8 inch pizza. Got something more in the realm of 6 inches. It was okay, nothing special. I let that slide because I also ordered a 6" Italian sub. I'm not kidding when I say I'm almost positive they go to Walmart to buy pre-made subs. Bread is typical processed trash. NO oil/ vinegar, nothing. I literally got a crappy piece of bread with a couple slices of meat/cheese and some tomato. With some mustard and mayo packets in the bag. Worst "Italian" I've had. It is because I forgot that you were out there. I ordered pizza rolls and a large pizza with the works on Friday. The pizza was absolutely amazing. The dough was so fresh that I could smell how fresh it was whenever I opened the box. Props to you! That being said, I grew up in college on Double Dave's pizza rolls. I decided to give your pizza rolls a try because I cannot get them here in the metroplex. While your pizza rolls were delicious, it lacked more cheese and pepperoni on the inside. I felt that there was more dough then there was innards. If you will up your game slightly, put more cheese and more pepperoni, you will definitely compete with my most favorite memory of Bryan/College Station and Double Dave's pizza rolls. I placed my order (1 medium Works pizza, and 2 cans of coke) and it came to $21 exactly. That's unusual, like 1 out of a 100 chances. I did the math on my phone using the menu prices, added tax, and it was about $.28 less. Looks like the guy decided to round up my total. Perotti's is delicious. All of the ingredients are always super fresh and tasty, nothing is artificial, and the large pizzas are truly LARGE. So good. My favorite right now is the White Sicilian, cut into strips instead of slices, but I usually get the Budget Saver pizza with spinach, mushrooms, onions, chicken, bacon, and garlic. Oh, and I get white sauce instead of red sauce. Yummmmm!! On occasion, they'll forget my side of marinara, but they always make up for it on my next order if I tell them. The wings aren't that great, and the cheesesticks are just okay, but this isn't Perroti's Wings or Perroti's Cheesesticks, it's Perotti's Pizza, and the pizza is so, so good. I used to see them selling cheap pizzas at the front of apartment complexes, and I always thought they were a cheap pizza place. Then, my girlfriend and I tried to order pizza one night from three other places, and the delivery time was crazy. Therefore, we decided to try out Perrotti's.
