The restaurant itself is beautiful, the service was impeccable, and the owner couldn't have been more gracious. He's clearly passionate about making this restaurant a success, and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience. As a thoughtful surprise, our dessert and cappuccinos were complimentary. It certainly wasn't expected, but it was a very kind and professional gesture that we genuinely appreciated. From there you tell them the size, crust type (regular or thick), sauce type (regular or sweet) and then any toppings. Be prepared to wait at least 30 mins, but in many cases over an hour.
