When the movers arrived, the main gentleman (Ronald Calle, who I later learned was the owner) appeared irritated and unfriendly from the start. Once I explained the job, Ronald became visibly frustrated while the female worker handled most of the communication and initial work. Midway through the move, he told me he did not speak English and directed all questions to her. Overall, the interaction felt rushed, tense, and unprofessional. Because I was already under a strict deadline to vacate my apartment and return keys before the leasing office closed, the delayed arrival, slow start, and communication barriers created unnecessary stress and caused me to miss my deadline and incur additional costs. Unfortunately, this was not a positive experience, and I would not use this company again. So, I am submitting this to warn others... since I regret not listening to others reviews.

Beds, sectionals, and other furniture that had to be broken down, was broken down by the movers and reassembled at the new location. Some things I didn't know could be broken down were also broken down and reassembled. Attentive and made sure furniture and items were placed where they belonged and oriented the way we wanted it...even if the wife was wrong about it the first time, they did not hesitate to get it the right way.
