Computer had not been used for a couple of years and would not get on Internet or print. Prior to service, Brad quoted me the repair price which was reasonable. He picked up computer and called 2 days later it's done. He brought it back, set it up.... And remotely the same day he fixed the computer/printer connection due to the fact he had another appt he had to rush off too... It has been a week later and everything is working great. The call linked me to Jose and accepted to evaluate my Son's gaming laptop repair the next day. During the evaluation, Jose explained how the gaming laptop hinge would be repaired and gave two options for the repair approach. After two days with Jose at Fix A computer, I received a text alert that my Son's laptop was ready for retrieval. Jose stated the repairs that were done and applied new thermal glue, improving my Son's gaming laptop cooling functions. When I ended up going to Jose's repair shop by the valley mall at the time, I was near the point of giving up and ready to cry(because, again, high school overachiever). Jose immediately changed all of that around for the positive. He assured me that he would be able to not only recover my files but run a virus check to ensure that there were no hidden spyware.
