Great customer service. Came in for canning tomatoes, which they had ready to purchase. The tomatoes were just the right size with no bad spots. I've been to other farms that place nice big tomatoes on the top rows, and the bottom tomatoes are all small. All 5 boxes had no bad tomatoes in them. Serres will be my go-to now. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!! They are using some kind of security system that interferes with vehicle key fobs in their parking lot. We just came from this place and had an absolute nightmare of a time. the security system blocked our keys from working and caused our alarm to go off over and over again. Nothing would work to get it to stop interfering, the entire vehicle just shut down and we spent 20 minutes trying to get the car started. read more

Very bad experience today. I have never been here and I went specifically because a local school was doing a fundraiser that fifteen percent of the sale went back to the school. I have my cart full... probably about $100 plus. I show them the flyer on my phone so the school gets credit. She goes you have to have it printed. I'm like can't you help me and print it for me or use another copy. Nope... explicit instructions you must do it yourself. I asked if there was anything else I could do... Nope you can pay for your stuff but we won't be giving to the school. Needless to say I left without anything. I was appalled at how rude they were for a school fundraiser. Didn't feel like they wanted to help the children at all. Home Depot got my plant money today and I won't be returning to this nursery ever again. read more

I just came back from Serres. I based my visit on their website which shows produce, dwarf trees, and veggie plants. There was no produce or dwarf trees. I did find some veggie plants but not a lot of choices . It was difficult to find anyone who could answer any of my questions. So 3 stars might be a little high.. read more

My fiancé and I just moved into our apartment and realized how much we both wanted to try the challenge of GARDENING IN LIMITED SPACE! We saw this nursery was on the way home from Carver and decided to give it a go!! We got there and a few other customers were there, but it wasn't busy! It was calm and serene compared to every Big Business Gardening center (freddies... home deep... you guys get it). Employees all had masks on including the guys on the carts bringing more plant starters in. That was awesome! There were SO MANY PLANTS!!! Like... My mouth dropped at the (at least) four side - by - side greenhouses with variety from hanging flower baskets blooming with beautiful colors to DIFFERENT SIZE VEGGIES for pots or raised garden beds!! So we wandered and met one of the guys dropping off more 4" Jalepeño plants. He was very kind and I'm actually going to go get one later this week to start making home made Pico!! Anyways to sum it up, we got a Tomato and Red Bell Pepper plant, butter leaf lettuce, rosemary, cilantro, and some fresh eggs because why not!! All of that? $21. I'm not kidding!! Got local produce from a cute (yet massive + ORGANIZED) nursery for a great price from an amazing family owned operation! I'm definitely coming back again this week to get another lettuce type along with some peppers + Lavender + STRAWBERRIES! I'm going to get a pot from here sometime when I get another tomato plant (maybe cherry), but for now we got some self watering pots from Target (the pink 8" pot is $3!!!!!!! WHAT?!). I have been shopping here for years and like supporting them. Today when I went in, not a single emloyee was wearing a mask, not even the person checking me out at the register. So disappointing- especially since Clackamas County is back under high alert due to having an uptick in cases. Not helping at all in getting us out of this and back to normal!! If you didn't know it was there, you'd never find this place. It's not exactly on the way to anywhere, so chances are you've never driven by it. But you should. It's only a couple miles off the I-205/213 ramp. This nursery is a family owned business. All of their stock is grown right there on the land. You can see the greenhouses for acres in the back. We LOVE Serres Farms. This is our only go-to for plants and we look forward to Spring when they open. The prices and variety are the best in town and the staff has never been anything but warm and welcoming. They have a limited selection of plants (plant snob here) but what they do have, they have very nice ones of. The place in the area to buy roses. They always have lovely rose bushes. The staff is somewhat scarce and not the most "people oriented" at least that is the impression I get. The times I've been there, I somewhat feel like an inconvenience, even though there are usually few people there. Ok I came back to edit this after going back today on a whim, and receiving very nice customer service. Still very limited selection, but very nice plants. read more

Our experience at Serres Farms today was great! They were all very nice, friendly, helpful and directed us to the trees we wanted! They baled our tree and helped us load it into the car. There was even hot cider and hot chocolate. It's not a cheesy christmas tree farm with reindeer and wagons but it's a simple, family run christmas tree farm within close proximity to Seattle with nice people running it. We will definitely be back! read more

Serres greenhouse is always so friendly, honest, and down to earth. I wanted to plant my garden way too early this year and instead of making a buck they kept telling me to wait a little longer. I finally ended up getting the "Ok" and I bought my beautiful plants there. read more

I noticed plants from this nursery being sold at other nurseries around the area. I don't think every nursery grows all plants, so to have a wider variety, buy plants to sell which are grown in other nurseries. The day I was there, the employees were very helpful. They seemed to have a really good selection of certain plants, so think these must be there main product, although I thought they have a decent selection of lots of types of plants. Really nice inventory of pots. I enjoyed shopping there and will go back again (and again). read more
