Love Sevatii's. Old school underrated local bakery. Many of these places are gone by the waist side. They have probably the best donuts in Cincinnati and still make custom ordered cakes. My most recent visit was to load up on holiday cookies for a party. They have several options and colorful designs. Horrible customer service today I've ordered from many companies and today I stopped at the Anderson ferry location and basically was treat like shit. Customer service was horrible but I took my $300 order to another company the without question took my order and my money. I have worked and own my own company and request my logo on cookies. Today I was told I needed permission from the own of the company on letter head to make this happen. Last time I use you company for any service I need. read more

Given that this place is a local chain, I'm genuinely shocked how good it was. Despite being in a Catholic part of a Catholic town, the seasonal round challah with raisins was every bit as I've had deep in Jewish neighborhoods, and satisfied my seasonal craving. Gotta love that this Servatti Pastry Shop is close to home. It took me a while to stop in, but once I did, I was very glad. I tried a few pastries, which were definitely tasty. The thing that keeps me coming back, however, is the pretzels and the beer and other cheese dips. The pretzels are great for a get together. Get a dozen and have them sliced. Perfect! If you're buying just for the family, or in our case, just for two, I recommend getting six pretzels. They are SO perfect when they are fresh, but they do not stay fresh long so plan accordingly. Oddly enough there are some amazing pastry shops in the West side so Servatti's isn't my go to for pastries, but their pretzels can't be beat. I'm craving them as a write! read more

We ordered a cake for my sons graduation that will feed 34-42 people. $89!!! - update: the 89$ cake was absolutely amazing and everyone at the party devoured it! It was worth the price. read more

This Servatii is tucked away on Anderson Ferry, in a strip mall I've honestly never noticed. I think they used to be located across the street but moved (?). The space inside is large, spacious, and was a total surprise to me. I'm not sure what I expected, but it wasn't to have so many breads, cakes, pastries, AND a deli right there. I was impressed as things looked tempting and smelled fresh. A bakery trick, no doubt, to pipe in those smells (er...have a kitchen nearby so you know things are baking?). I was here for a pretzel sandwich for a large group party (about 20 people) and was VERY happy with the speed (I pre-ordered), flavor, and freshness of the sandwich. The staff was friendly and inquired about my plans (party?) which was nice in the otherwise impersonal haste of last minute errand running so often associated with party planning. They asked if they could help with anything else, which gave me pause, thinking about what sweet treats I'd like to bring, but alas it was a pot luck to I resisted. Up selling, maybe, but it's often hard to go wrong with a treat. One from a friendly, local bakery, nonetheless. I highly recommend the mondo-pretzel sandwich for a group gathering- ham, turkey, roast beef, three cheeses, condiments, and veggie toppings, all on a HUGE pretzel. At about $40 it was a hit and felt like a real treat (vs a deli tray). I'll be back for this sandwich, a sweet treat, or the variety of breads at some point...I just have to remember to add them to places on the west side I'd be willing and happy to frequent. We have had three cakes from the shop, and all three there was something wrong with them. One of them the cake was super dry. The second one was burnt. And the third one had a bristle from a brush in it, on top of that they had over whipped the cream. The only reason why I am giving it to stars is because they're Danish was all right. I will not be going back here. read more

Everyone loves their pretzel sandwiches! I think its too much bread to topping ratio, but I am in the minority. Great for office lunches! Another party pleaser is their beer cheese dip and pretzel sticks cut into chip sized bites. Tonight for about $10, I got enough for a party of about 12. People rave when you bring it to a party and it requires zero effort! Definitely swing by this little shop in an unassuming strip mall if you want to be the hit of the party. read more

Horrible management! We have frequented this location for years, but time after time we have seen the manager treat customers in an unbelievably disrespectful manner. Most recently we were 4th in line for the deli, when he comes out from the back, sees the line, and announces the deli is closed. I come to this location because of the deli. I love their chicken salad and salted rye bread. The deli here is only open until 2pm, great for lunch. Servatii's has an excellent selection of fresh baked breads (and pretzels). I'm not that big of a fan of their pastries though. I don't think they really stand out from the rest of the local bakeries and pastry shops. For the sweet stuff, I go to a shop closer to home. For breads, Servatii's is definitely worth the trip for me. read more

Stopped in for a 40th birthday cake, chose a chocolate sheet cake and asked if they could write on it. It took at least 10 minutes for them to write three words on it, and it looked like a child did it. That wasn't such a big deal until I realized it was BY FAR the driest cake I've ever eaten. I used to purchase bread from Servatii on a regular basis, but stopped once I moved to the Westside of town. Then I discovered that there is a Servatii not too far from where I live, so I recently stopped in to get some bread. Unfortunately, it was at the end of the day, so my favorite (butter crust) was all gone! Of course, I got up bright and early the next day to get a fresh loaf...and a few pastries. This is a delightful gem right around the corner from one of my office buildings. I like to go there when I am on that side of town to grab a pretzel. Super disappointed to hear from my wife how rude the employees were. She asked them if they could add a balloon for our daughters 3 year old party cake and the lady flipped out. I live servatti's cakes but not if this is how they treat people. I will try them again in a few months but if this is how they treat people they'll be closed in no time. read more
