Made based to anybody having problems with their microwave unless the microwave is over $500 just replace it by the time you have somebody diagnostic and repair it, you are in the $450 range. Matthew, that worked with me was very professional and arrived on time. He explained everything well and finished it in a timely matter within an hour so I was pleased the last estimate he gave me to fix. It was a little bit more than what I wanted to pay for a new one, but such is good labor, and service. If you need to have something repaired, I recommend these guys if you can't afford it just bypass it and see about fixing yourself.

My dryer is about 9 years old and just started to lightly squeak when running. Tech said it was just dirty and needed cleaned which I thought was great that it wasn't a major/expensive issue. After cleaning it he struggled putting the top back on and later that day I noticed it wasn't latched down in the front left corner. I pushed down on it to see if it would click in, I didn't push down hard at all and heard something fall down inside. I called and he came back later that day which was great. He saw the issue and tried fixing it but was really struggling and slamming it down trying to get it to latch. He then states that I broke the clamp and bent the frame. There is no way that I caused those issues. I thought it was very tacky to blame the customer, especially after he had just been pretty rough with it. He did look up replacement part for me which was nice of him so I didn't have to place another service appointment. Unfortunately the dryer now squeaks WAY worse than before and the top frame is bent. I'm not sure if the new latch will even work because of the bent frame. Hesitant calling for another service repair tech with how our outcomes were.

He arrived, was very respectful and was able to diagnose the problem within minutes. Every time he came to my house to work, or diagnose, he was there when he said he would be. He even gave us a 20 minute notice when he was on his way. There was an issue that we as the appliance owners needed to do before he would be able to come back and outlined exactly what we needed to do. After the task was done we had to take a picture and send it to him so he could come back and finish documenting the part needed to fix my ice maker. 2 days later he was back and got the part ordered. The part took a couple days to arrive, since it is a Samsung particular piece of equipment, but despite that, the moment he got it he gave me a call to set up a next day appt to get the new piece installed! What a guy! It took him 10 minutes to install the part and now my ice maker makes good ice again! I am very pleased with the work that Brandon did, and no I am not being paid to say this review! It says a lot about a person's business when they show up when they say they will and take the amount of time that they estimate. He shows what he knows and does it right!
