The tech was a bit uncomfortable going outside of factory spec ( I get it) but they proceeded to try to get me up on the lift. I heard stop stop. They ran to get boards - the front lip is lower than most. They're all standing around talking. Service mgr comes in and says sorry they can't do it since they didn't want to damage my front spoiler. I appreciated that and they ran the car around front. I don't fault them for that. I fault them for the damage they did do to the front left lip and 1) didn't tell me they damaged it 2) rushed me out of there as fast as they can. If that's not shady as hell, I don't know what is. I can't drive the car over there yet to directly address but want people to be careful. Protecting their own, not the customers. Shameful. I lost a $600 track deposit since I couldnt get an alignment, now bodywork?!??!

I felt like I was working with a neighbor and that he was on my side. I even decided to consider a second vehicle mid-negotiations and Ben was great about it and listened carefully to my concerns that I was worried about a 2-wheel drive car in New England winters. We landed on the Sonata and I took it for a test drive. My initial impressions of the car were very high. But 4 days and 400 miles later I am in love with the car. I have been fortunate enough to own many expensive vehicles in my lifetime including the truck I also presently own which is a high luxury vehicle costing over 3 times the price of my Sonata. I can say so far that at any price the Sonata is one of the most comfortable and best performing vehicles I have owned. It is very futuristic. The interior especially feels like a gaming cockpit and the seats are as comfortable as any expensive gaming chair. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I will update this review as the years go by to further expand on my experience but so far I could not be happier with my 2025 Hyundai Sonata and the entire team at McFarland Hyundai
