What a huge disappointment, was told they could steam clean the carpet, not true, was told that Bona product will be used on the floor, not true. The two ladies that came were very pleasant but confessed that I was given the wrong information and Joe no longer worked for the company. I wonder if the photos on the website is actually of their work. Some areas were not thoroughly cleaned such as kitchen counters ( corners), sliding doors to the dinning/ kitchen rooms, and the refrigerator.... The work was not done to my satisfaction and will not use them again. I told that the helper was new and unwell, the regular was not available. I was clearly mislead by their representative and the two areas I emphasized when I contacted them was poorly done, that is the wood floors and the carpets. The website is totally misleading. (Busy women). They were very accommodating finding a time that worked best for me as well as them. They arrived promptly at an agreed upon time, , took a look around and got right to work. Going in different directions and within 2 1/2 hours my house was presentable again. I was very pleased with Jodys attention to detail and Vanessa's diligence. They both worked very very hard and I appreciated it so much. They want to live up to their clients expectations and do a fabulous job for you. They are respectful of your wants and needs, use cleaning products you request and are professional at all times. I must have called 5-6 companies through Yelp that either gave me the run around, gave me ridiculously high prices, or were not available. In fairness, I acknowledge I did not realize that move-out cleanings are like securing a moving company. You need to book in advance! Well, I did not know and was desperate in finding some help because my deadline of turning in my apartment keys was within three days. I called Clean It Up SIs and left a message. Within 30 minutes, Jody called me back. She asked questions about the size of the apartment and what I needed done. In addition, she was open to jumping on a video call so I could show her the apartment, its layout and size. Based on visually information, she was able to give me a fair estimate. After agreeing on everything, I received a text securing my appointment with the company. The day of service, she communicated with me on her estimate time of arrival. The appliances were cleaned, cabinets cleaned, kitchen counters, bathroom was cleaned, and wall-to-wall carpet was vacuumed. I am so grateful for Jody and finding Clean It Up Sis. I would highly recommend. Jody is kind and professional. For me, Jody came to the rescue and reduced a stressful situation. Everything got done thanks to Jody.

I can't be sure, but I think the problem was I could not do "key service" (since I have pets) so they could come in to the house anytime. They could never provide a consistent, regular time for cleaning every other week. In any case, with no changes from us, they decided to stop serving us suddenly, not even giving me notice so I would have a chance to get started with another service. In fact, I checked today and we're still on their schedule, even though they didn't show up! No response to my emails and calls. We always provided good tips for the hard working staff and never got upset even when there were some minor things broken. Total lack of communication with a good customer - this is not good business (in my opinion). NOT recommended.
