He was thorough and explained all of our options to us. He was diligent about keeping in contact, sticking to a schedule, and answering all the questions I had. He came to the house and worked alongside the adjustor to document the damage and was quick to get a date set to replace our roof. They installed two roofs for me in 2018 on two different properties. they were recommended by my…read moreinsurance company. One property I picked up over 100 nails after they left and the gutters were not done properly. The second property, the roof leaked within two years and when the ceiling fell in on the porch, they didn't want to replace it and blamed me for not notifying them sooner --like I could've known it was leaking up there. They also did not seal the windows or put the lightning rods back up or seceral of the things that were on the estimate. They did not tell me they weren't doing it. It just came on the final bill that it wasn't done and was removed from the charges. I would never use them again and I tell everyone that I can not to use them. When I complained they told me that they had hired subcontractors. that seems like a them problem, and they were always difficult to work with. When I replaced the porch ceiling, they told me that they would pay for a plywood ceiling. It was in 100 year old house and it was a hardwood ceiling. When I told them that they said they'd pay $400 toward the ceiling. They never gave any money for it. Horrible service, poor communication, poor quality work.
