My mother in law's house suffered a small electrical fire. While no one was hurt, we were taken aback by the amount of smoke and soot that got seemingly everywhere in the house. Thankfully, our insurance (Farmers) had Service Master under contract, so the cleaning side of things was relatively painless for us. Adam and his team (with Joyce Jimenez as our point person) were extremely responsive and responsible throughout. I texted him practically daily and he was always extremely quick to call back and answer our questions and address our concerns about what needed to be cleaned, thrown away, etc. They did a fantastic job of removing and cleaning everything in the house, from the walls to the furniture. Adam was also a tremendous help in coordinating with our adjuster at Farmers, as well as the other businesses used by Farmers, such as the furniture restoration company. Overall, Service Master really made this entire process much smoother and as stress-free as it could possibly be. I strongly recommend them if you're looking for someone to do restoration work.
