They told me upfront that remediation only includes tear down and remediation and not reconstruction, which is similar to most I quoted. Zion was amazing! The same day I called about a water leak, he was on site to look at the damage and explain how the process would work. Once the plumbers removed the faulty equipment, Zion was back again within a couple of hours to start the remediation process. The leak wasn't too severe, so he wanted to see if he could resolve the damage externally to save me the expense of reconstruction. When he returned later, his wetness measurements clearly showed he really did need to cut into some walls to properly remediate the damage. He and his crew were back the next day, removing any material which could become moldy and exposing more surfaces for drying. My kitchen, dining room, and living room were completely flooded. I called ZGREEN Restoration right away and I'm so happy they answered my call - they truly work 24/7! Zion was really helpful in helping me understand what needed to be done to remove all the water to try to save my floors and what I could expect from his team when they arrived. His team member, Noe, arrived on site at around 4 am. He was very professional, patient, and understanding - I was in full panic mode about what had happened. Noe vacuumed all the water, then set up fans and humidifiers to dry out my unit. Since my floors were laminate, they had to be replaced. Zion and his team were very professional and punctual.
