These guys are great! The work is still in progress as you can see from the pictures. Our insurance sent these guys out because we had a plumbing leak which went through the ceiling. Josh was great about explaining the procedure, and after he did his initial inspection, suggested that the leak detection people come out and once that was done, have his guys come out to open the ceiling. This worked out well because once all of that was done the plumber was able to quickly and efficiently do his job, which saved me thousands of dollars!. Alejandro then came out and ran the machines which got rid of the moisture and the smelly mold. Now that is done and I can fix the ceiling and I can post more pictures. My house smells great now and I am very happy with these guys. read more

We used ServiceMaster in Alameda, CA, to remedy a water leak that we had inside the walls of our master bathroom, which lead to green and black mold in the vanity drawers, exterior and interior walls, in addition to water saturated flooring throughout the bathroom. Jessica was my contact at ServiceMaster. She provided excellent and efficient customer service. Every communication was followed up by an email. She provided me with a schedule of daily times the technicians would come to check on the equipment and moisture levels in the home. All of the technicians were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. They were always willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. They consistently arrived daily within their scheduled window of time. The mold was removed, cleaned and dried within 5 days. Jessica followed up with a phone call and an email the same day the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied with the service and to explain the procedure once again, before I signed off on the contract. She and the whole team of technicians at ServiceMaster provided the support needed to make a scary and stressful situation much easier, and we appreciate their stellar service. After making my initial contact with ServiceMaster, I received a very timely follow up call from Greg Rivera, who set up an appointment and came out to the house and carefully detailed all the work I needed to be done, which included moving furniture from one room to another to clear a space for relocating salvageable furniture and personal items from a "Hoarder's" bedroom and then cleaning up an sanitizing that horrific space. The work was commenced as soon as I was ready to proceed and was done in a careful and professional manner. Greg oversaw the project for beginning to end and insured that it was completed exactly as I had requested and provided some additional services that were not contained in the estimate without charge to insure that I was 100% satisfied. We had a water pipe burst at our house and consequently had a flood. We hired ServiceMaster to do the water restoration on 2/11/2019. Luis was in charge of the crew. They hinted that they may have to move a few items but did not adequately prepare us for the fact that they would be moving the large quantity of our items into boxes which were packed haphazardly. They did not bother to label any of the boxes so are basic necessities like medication, toothbrushes, Etc. were inaccessible without going through the entire plethora of boxes once we signed up for their service it seems they disregarded any of our concerns and we were completely unhappy with the lack of professionalism in their service read more

When it rains, it pours. Got a call from my tenant saying half of the ceiling in the living was about to cave in. When I got there, checked things out and punctured a hole in my ceiling only to find water -- not dripping, but pouring out of the spout. Due to the beautiful rainy weather we've been getting, my first thought was to call a roofing company to check things for a possible roof leak. Because I couldn't wait for their later day service window and knew water damage was already in store, I immediate called my girl Jann and the good peeps at ServiceMaster Restore by Integrity to check things out. Because our rental property was no more than two miles from their office, Jann came through in less than 5 minutes, quickly assessed the damage and in less than 15 minutes, two other service reps - Luis and Juan came for further assessment and quick action. Within minutes they climbed into my attic, tapped on walls, found a pipe leak, shut off the water, secured my furniture, flooring and walls. Finding out it was a pipe leak and not a roof issue, they called a plumber they work closely with - Discount Plumbing (Leo Rocks!) who too- came within the hour to stop the leak, replace the damaged pipe and check for further leaks. All this happened in less than two hours tops. Luis and Juan worked to secure the room and damage while Jann's compassion comforted my mother who practically stressed about the issue all day. Not only did they save the day but also explained in detail the steps they took to secure the area and the next steps that will be taking place (tomorrow). I can't say enough good things about Service Master by integrity. Woke up to a massive leak in our kitchen requiring asbestos and mold remediation. I have a 3-year-old and a 1-month-old, so the timing could not have been worse. Aaron was there within 2 hours, from start to finish he made the process bearable: he guided me through the steps/timeline, kept his portion of the project on time, handled the packout, demolition, asbestosis testing/mold remediation and helped with subcontracting and speaking with insurance. Funny thing is I am completely bilingual as being born and raised in Santa Paula. May not look like I am but I certainly am. Had technician in my mothers home the smelled of pot and only spoke Spanish. WRONG thing to do when I can understand you. This is probably the most professional organization I have worked with. I have never had a flood, nor any insurance claims. So, on a Saturday night when I discovered the floor of the house (that was going on the market in a few days) covered with water...I wasn't sure what to do. I swept out the water and soaked the rest up with towels and sheet. The water had traveled through 5 rooms. Sunday morning I called a few clean up companies. Gonzalo of Servicemaster (Oxnard) called me back within an hour. No one else called back! He was ready to come on Sunday to get the drying out started. I could not get hold of State Farm until Monday so I asked him to wait until then. Early Monday morning State Farm said go ahead. Gonzalo was there Monday at 10 am, and got the equipment over immediately after I signed the papers. The damaged carpet and brand new laminate were removed immediately. They were careful when removing the baseboards so most could be reused. He took charge of everything, kept me updated on the progress. He even showed me how they measure the moisture inside the walls. Their fans were too strong for my electric circuit breakers. Gonzalo had an electrician put in a temporary cable to handle the load. Gonzalo had the house tested for asbestos, arranged for the asbestos to be removed. I did nothing. What a relief after already spending 2 months renovating the house for sale. The house was dried at the right temperature and speed, so no mold started inside or outside the walls. Gonzalo went out of his way one afternoon to move the appliances (that were being stored on the deck) to the empty studio. Rain was predicted. He drove from Oxnard to Ojai just for that! He also put special carpets under the appliances so the renovated studio floor would not be scratched. All of Gonzalo' workers were knowledgeable, professional, polite, answered questions and treated me with respect. The owner of the company called me twice to see how I felt about how the work was progressing. The company billed State Farm directly. I asked State Farm for copies. The charges were all fair. They did not over bill, or claim for work not done. I was given a summary of the work done and the results to use as a disclosure for the buyer. The house sold in 5 weeks. Because of the detail work and records, the buyer had no concerns about the flood. I hope I never experience another emergency like this. But I would call Servicemaster (Oxnard) in a flash if something happened. read more
