I've been a home owner for the last 22 years which means I've had about 22 years worth of carpet cleaning. I've also had about 18 years worth of disappointment when it comes to carpet cleaners. We don't have much carpet in our house now, but we do have some. We've also always have a variety of pets, teenage boys, friends and family Coming through our house, so periodically the rugs, the couch and the oriental carpet in the living room need to be cleaned. Several years ago I found Services By Fleet as I was looking for a company that used organic cleaners. I've never looked back since the first time they came to clean. I can't say enough about the job that they do. We had several old stains in the upstairs carpet that we thought were permanently embedded in the rug. Other companies tried to get them out with no luck. When Services By Fleet worked on them, I checked after they left, and the stains were gone. First, I did my homework online decided to go with Services by Fleet. I gave them a call, Brian answered and I discussed with him my what I needed and when I needed it. I normally don't write reviews, but Brian is the man. He was on time, very courteous and did not cut any corners. We had let our living room rug get pretty out of hand, and he could have easily talked us into letting him take it off site to clean (more expensive) but instead he said we would be better off buying a new rug, because it was beyond repair. We weren't quite sure what we wanted to do so for no charge he took the rug outside on our patio and did the best job he could, and did it for free. What he charged us to clean our couches was comparable if not better than other people we called. A very honest guy, was great with our toddler and will absolutely use him again. A few days ago we had Brian come by to clean the carpet in our apartment (we chose Brian because of his all-star reviews on this Yelp website). However, after he finished he refused to let us pay, and he said our carpet just needs to be replaced - implying it's too old and dirty to be cleaned to his professional standard.
