    Failed to completely/successfully complete the entire job and it's nearly twenty-one months later…read more Too, they were to rebuild from the ground up, didn't. They left the rotten, moldy, damaged floors in our home despite being paid to replace all the flooring in our home. The tubs they replaced are much smaller than what we had forcing us to be rubbing elbows with the walls while in the tub/shower. They damage the tub in the master bathroom and the one downstairs and failed to repair it as promised. They used very cheap wood when replacing our supposed to be new fence and they already splitting from top to bottom. The support slacks appear to be bulging out and splitting from top too bottom. The wood on the fence all way around the yard is bending up/outward from ground towards the neighbors yard/fence. The master bedroom is freezing as though it has no insulation and/or its vents are not connected. Several trimmings in the floor boards appear to be old/worn out and not replaced (new) though they were paid to replace them. Exterior Doors, locks, and casings not replaced (new) despite they were paid to replace them all. Hot water tank has a piece missing seen as a building code violation. Flooring upstairs and downstairs are rotten, moldy, caving/sinking, warped, has several noticeable burn spots, etc. The exterior landscaping was not replaced (they threw black garbage bags down, two additional (different from the original fat rocks) types (both are different colors and sizes) of rocks, dead flowers nearly placed beneath and or any kind of way; added a dead highlight tree imitating a Chinese maple tree - a total eyesore. They damaged our backyard by poring the concrete in it and/or adding wood pieces in it. They failed to replace the splitting concrete beneath back porch deck. Left nails sticking out if the exterior siding and didn't properly close siding areas. Didn't replace railings in home despite paid for, damaged neighbors fence and failed to repair, our daughter ended up a victim of identity theft after our home was released to them to discard all of our belonging/property following our house fire, etc.

Dylan…read moreBryant was advertising carpet cleaning services on Facebook Marketplace, showcasing before-and-after photos that clearly implied stain removal. We agreed on a price, but when I specifically asked about removing a stain, he suddenly claimed it required a "deep cleaning" and tried to charge an additional $30. At no point prior to arriving did he mention any distinction between "basic cleaning" and "deep cleaning." Even his own website promotes "deep cleaning," which makes this feel misleading at best. His company also advertises water damage restoration services, so the refusal to address a basic stain--even for an additional fee was truly unexpected. Still I was willing to pay extra just to have that one stain addressed, but he refused and insisted his service only covered basic cleaning. What was most concerning was his behavior right afterward, he quickly became agitated and went as far as threatening to report code enforcement upon realizing the property is a rental. He then immediately contacted code enforcement while still at our property. Fortunately, everything on our end is fully licensed, but this felt like an unnecessary, unprofessional, and inappropriate escalation. Overall, the experience was misleading, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend clarifying all details upfront before working with him.

    I brought my Dell laptop to 1010Computers because it would not power on. After the repair, the…read morelaptop worked, but I later discovered it was running on a 128GB SSSTC SSD--a very small, low-end drive I never authorized or discussed with the shop. When I asked for clarification, the business stated they had diagnostic photos, hardware inventory screenshots, and a detailed report proving the SSD was already in the machine at the time of service. I requested copies multiple times. They did not provide a single photo, screenshot, or document. The customer portal they referenced contained only an invoice and the laptop's serial number. When I asked again for the documentation they claimed existed, the shop refused to send it and insisted they would no longer communicate in writing. They stated that any further discussion must take place only in person, which prevents any verifiable record. At no point did they provide the evidence needed to confirm their claims. My review is based entirely on written communication and the business's refusal to provide the diagnostic documentation they repeatedly referenced.

    On October 30, 2025, I brought my HP Spectre x360 ​​laptop which had a flickering screen, to their…read moreoffice (ticket #9325). I paid $50 for a diagnostic check. On November 13, they sent me an email stating that they had run tests but found nothing, and that opening the case was required for further investigation. However, claiming that the screws were in poor condition, they demanded $80 for this procedure. Only for opening the case! I realized that I was dealing with scammers. I had previously opened the laptop case myself without any issues when replacing the battery, following instructions I found on YouTube. I immediately retrieved my laptop from them and, acting on advice I found online, connected it to my smart TV. The image on the television screen did not flicker. The diagnosis took all of three minutes. Subsequently, I purchased a new screen for $150 on Amazon and replaced it myself, again following instructions from YouTube. The laptop has been working without any problems ever since. Do not get involved with these scammers.
