It took them a week to schedule mitigation, then they rescheduled themselves from a Monday to a Tuesday without asking me if I could accommodate that with my work. When they did arrive (an hour later than they scheduled themselves), the staff that they sent had no idea as to the scope of work and how to obtain entry into my neighbor's garage, a plan which was arranged the week prior. There has been no communication as to when they will arrive to repair the hole in my wall that they cut out to assess the water damage, and despite multiple follow up attempts via phone and email from me and my insurance company, they just will not deliver any documentation like photos, water readings, or an estimate for the necessary repair work. Every time we follow up, it is, "We are working on that now and we'll get that to you as soon as possible." They appear to have provided excellent service to hundreds of people in NKY, so I am very confused why my case has been so awful. It's astounding that a company rated this high has dropped the ball this hard. As other reviewers have mentioned, working with Calvin and the actual process of water mitigation was great. They were respectful and communicative. However, Andrew and Rob really need to work on their communication and stop putting off whatever it is they are putting off. I recommend this company if you don't mind your repairs taking months and your insurance claim being at risk of suspension while you wait. Otherwise, they get a D- from me.

When my father questioned this, they made a permanent note in their system that said they no longer want to do business with my parents. It's not the fact that there is a fee - it's the fact that this fee was not disclosed to them from the beginning & when they asked - as anybody should've - they say they don't want your business. Had a couple of water spots inside the house with a roof less than 10 years old…read more Showed the sales rep the 2 small spots with water damage and he immediately starting talking about how he could work with my insurance carrier for an entire new roof before he even set foot on the roof. I reminded him of the age of the roof and stated I was interested in a repair quote and not a new roof. He then went on the roof for about 5 minutes, came down and again only wanted to present how he could work with insurance to get me a new roof. What the guy didn't know was I like to get 3 quotes for any major home repair and the other 2 roofers both had told me earlier that day that I had some minor flashing issues and a bad caulking job at a "J" grove and they'd be able to address everything for less than $500. With that knowledge already in hand I politely told the estimator that since his only interest was installing a whole new roof (which would have resulted in a deductible and increased rates for me) that he could take off and not even bother quoting. If you want too needlessly spend your money on a whole new roof when a simple repair addresses the problem these are your guys. Otherwise look somewhere else.

With the recent ice storm, I had water coming in the basement and noticed water damage to the wall in our kitchen near the chimney. I reached out to the company with little to no communication in return...only a call that they would send someone out. When reaching out again, 4 days later, I was told they took care of the problem by caulking around the chimney. In the mean time, I had reached out to another company who came out to provide a bid. This company said there was no caulk added and the day they came out a couple of guys were on my roof improperly changing the flashing....without communication to me. When I pulled in my driveway that day these two men were still on my roof, they did not speak any English so I could not really communicate with them. I asked them which company they were with and the one gentleman had to make a phone call because he wasn't sure. When he hung up he said Eagleye....this was very concerning to me! I explained I was going to have another company complete the work due to the terrible workmanship in 2020 and the unprofessional behavior of Anthony Hawkins. In speaking to Anthony "Tony" Hawkins he was extremely dismissive of the situation and condescending. Due to the unprofessional demeanor of Mr. Hawkins I do not feel safe or confident in the work they should be doing to address the property damage inside of my home due to the leak so I am left with quite the dilemma....legal action or not? Hopefully no one else has an experience like this. I would definitely consider a different roofing company.

Both the person who gave the bid and the supervisor of the work proposed the same solution. This made us feel comfortable that what they suggested might work. (Come back next winter!) The day they planned to replace the roof, rain was predicted. They let us know they would come the next day, unless rain was again predicted. They arrived at 7:20 with 8 workers and a supervisor. They finished at 2:30 pm. The roof looks great. We are the third house on our cul de sac to use Deer Park Roofers. We all are happy with their work.

What I got (packaging still in the garage) was Owen Corning Oak Ridge, bottom of the line shingles. In other words, Deer Park Roofing did a bait and switch on me. They were to install a galvanized steel metal pan at a bump out at the back of the roof. They didn't bother. They were supposed to apply an acrylic paint coating to all exposed flashing. They didn't bother. I could go on, but you get the idea.

I settled on Jason because he was completely upfront, had a competitive price, and was amenable to my requests for roof ventilation and gutter guards. His company did my neighbors roof and they gave me his name. There is another fellow, I believe his name is Dennis that uses the Kaiser name, but not the same. Both can be very important depending on your situation. A lot of companies only carry one brand of gutter guard and believe me after extensive research they are not very good. I settled on LeafBlaster Pro and Jason was more than willing to put them on my house. Jason can also get any brand of shingle you prefer. I settled on Certainteed Landmark shingle. Number 2 on the market versus another brand that is popular out in Colorado because of hail. Please be very cautious about contractors advising ridge vents and other options for ventilating your roof/attic. Many things they tell you need can be counter productive, meaning hot air never gets out. Ridge vents aren't the solution. So many of the houses in my area have ridge vents and don't need them, beca of ho air rising works they can keep hot air in. FYI, get more insulation. I would recommend Kaiser and Jason to my best friends, neighbors, and fraternity brothers. He is as they say good people and he knows what he is doing.
