Hands down the place to go if you have any emergency repair or job done. My pipe burst while on vacation in my kitchen. When I got home on Sunday, my house was flooded and I didn't really know what to do. I called my insurance company, but since it was a Sunday, the operator couldn't tell me one way or another what I should do or what was covered. I yelped around and came up with three local business's I wanted to call. I left messages with one, got another call back from another about an hour later and I got a call back from Jeff at Serve-Pro almost immediately. WOW! This was such a great experience. Having mold is never fun for a homeowner or a business. Jeff was fast to reply and get me on the schedule to check out my home in Crestline. He gave me great advice on how to save money in the basement. From everything I understood at the time it was going to cost me and extream amount of money. I was very happy with my estimate. How do I begin... First I can truly state that ServPro is an example of "true service". How they worked with me during a critical time, cannot be questioned. We were in the midst of selling our home when the home inspector discovered mold behind our hot water heater. Needless to say, the Thanksgiving holidays were beginning in 2 days and our escrow was slated to close in 7 days. The race was on! I called ServPro and they immediately came to my home and gave us a fair estimate. They also agreed that this was something our insurance would support as a claim. They immediately began working with our insurance company even though the holidays were approaching. In addition, they worked the testing lab to ensure the results were timely to meet our escrow deadline. What I really loved about ServPro was their ability to always be there to serve. They always responded to my calls, concerns, and texts. It did not matter if they had explained it to me before; it was late; or it was the weekend. They were there. They worked with the other entities, insurance, testing lab and Home Depot, to ensure I would not need to hassle with everyone else. They worked with me in resolving any discrepancies I had with billing and services with all others involved in this difficult process. Even though, the home met escrow and the ownership had changed during the process, they continued to keep us involved as well as the new owners of the new home. In this day and time, who does that? Most company can't wait to get their money and run. Service is a thing of the past. As far as I am concerned, ServPro is awesome!! A+ (Side note. Be sure to periodically check behind your water heater to see if mold is growing...especially if your heater is close to the wall. You never know what behind there. Maybe they're just better with the big jobs and working direct with insurance companies. Let me just say, as a second-time homeowner I am a newbie when it comes to septic tanks and the plumbing issues they create. So when a pipe in our tank broke and subsequently flooded both bathrooms and part of our master bedroom carpet, I was at a loss. I immediately called the plumber but had no idea where to begin with the carpet. I called a regular carpet company who was unable to provide the emergency service we needed, but was gracious to direct us to SERVPRO for "damage restoration" - he advised that a regular carpet cleaner could only do so much and it sounded like we needed to rectify the damage done UNDER the carpet, which needs more "man power." I called SERVPRO and within an hour there was a technician at my house for an inspection. We did want to avoid dealing with our homeowner's insurance if possible, and the technician (Daniel) worked with us to achieve that, but unfortunately it was at the expense of our carpet (and it will need to be replaced after all). Because the water damage was minimal and did NOT impact any structures (drywall, baseboards, etc) he decontaminated and got rid of the excess water from the carpet; something I was told they don't normally do. Unfortunately the weather was super rainy and our carpet did NOT dry. We were not provided with any fans or drying mechanisms to assist (which I would later be told doesn't occur with "category 3 decontamination jobs"), so the next day my carpet smelled like musty wet towels that got left in the washer 2-days too long; I spent the better half of my Saturday trying to re-clean it and my husband spent a lot of time bleaching our bathrooms. I immediately emailed the company over the weekend and wanted to discuss my concerns before providing payment. I called SERVPRO on Monday morning and was immediately forwarded to the General Manager (Eric) to speak about my concerns. He answered the phone already sounding irritated, saying "I hear you have some questions about the job we came out and did for you?" and I explained my concerns (not my questions). He gave me a speech about the type of "category" our cleanup was and spewed a bunch of terms at me, which just irritated me more; he was less concerned about the issues and more about getting rid of me. His response wasn't initially "we'll send someone out", it was "what is it that you want exactly, a discount?!" Seriously? I just wanted the job I'm paying for done right. I was referred to this company by a carpet cleaner (and Yelp has excellent reviews so perhaps they're better at working with insurance companies than individuals); but unfortunately it seemed my measly $500 wasn't enough to fuss about and they just wanted me to go away (and I NEVER mentioned not being able to pay for the necessary repairs, just not wanting to involve my insurance if I didn't have to - and only because they asked if I would be paying direct or via insurance when I initially called to schedule service). He then proceeded to argue with me about what the technician was and wasn't contracted to do (carpet vs decontamination); he was very argumentative and as a General Manager I was less than pleased with his customer service. Eric did finally ended up sending the technician out to see what could be done. Let me just say, Daniel was great and worked with us towards a solution that I felt nobody else showed concern for. My carpet still has to be replaced, but at least he showed up and was able to come to an agreement to help us get that done. Jeff, SERVPRO's owner, answered my VERY early call...he came out immediately to assess my damage. Within just a few hours he had a team out!! Daniel, the lead worker, was an expert at what he does. They removed drywall (first laid out covering to protect area), baseboards, pulled back water-logged carpet, had to take out cabinets. He worked extra hard to pull out Corian countertop that was 8 feet long so we wouldn't have to replace all counters. If you have mold, never, ever call this place. We had a very small spot of mold under the sink. I got a price, which I figured was for the demolition, testing, and rebuild. NOOPE. They tore apart boxes under the tile that were not part of the mold area. The price was for demotion, a different price for testing, and a different price for rebuild, which would be fine, except this is not disclosed right up front. I have a good friend who is a general contractor. He and his crew called the demolition expansive compared to what was needed, they lost the screws to our dishwasher, they lost a floor board which caused us to drive to Santa Ana, and they broke tile without any offer to help with what they broke. My advice: Call anybody else. The competition must be better than this joke of a place. read more

I used them several times each was ok job. But disorganized Personell. Every time they would leave their fans for a week or more !!! each time!!! You had to call them multiple times to get them to pick up the darn fans. . When they were paid... And always had to be cash... No one could remember that they had been paid . now when I called about a wine stain I was told " can't get that out". I called advanced carpet cleaning. I have used Dart to clean the slate tile and grout in my kitchen for many years. The service is expensive but they always do a great job. This year Dart became Servpro and the service remained the same high quality. However, I also had them clean my carpets in preparation to put my house on the market. Afterwards the realtor complained that they were not clean. I thought that the carpet was old and the stains just wouldn't come out. However when I had them cleaned using the cleaners my realtor recommended they looked like new. So I recommend Servpro for tile cleaning but not for carpet cleaning - thus the three stars read more

Exemplary service. This is the second time I've worked with THIS ServPro and Daniel as project manager; 2016 a business building (great crew) with excellent service to the end and now a home flood where we are renters January 2019. Arrived home from dinner out around 9:30pm to an overflowing toilet! Yikes...a flood in bathroom, 2 bedrooms and hallways. Called ServPro (Jeff Padgett owner) immediately (I know this drill) and the crew was on the scene in the pouring rain before 10:30. I knew I was in good hands when I saw the familiar face of Daniel come through the door. Daniel, Justin and crew started the process for a Category 3 (contaminated water) flood by pulling water, carpet and setting up dryers. Cheerful in spite of the late hour and staying until about 1:30am. We were lucky we didn't arrive home any later as damages would have been so much more extensive. They checked equipment daily, always calling ahead. Demo was delayed for reasons not attributable to ServPro. They were helpful in keeping us informed of ongoing moisture levels, the progress of the dryout and things that would be saved - like subfloor and bathroom vanity. They left the demo area as clean as possible and taped areas to prevent as much fine dust as possible from permeating unaffected closets, bookshelves and adjacent rooms. We would have used them for the restoration but the homeowners took a different approach. Their professionalism, training, experience, customer service and quality of service are A+. Had an issue with a clogged condensate line at my mom's house. Water damage to some walls and carpet. My mom's insurance agent is a childhood friend and he recommended I contact Jeff at Servpro. Servpro responded within an hour to dry out all areas that were wet. They worked extremely well with the insurance company to ensure all issues were addressed and fixed. My mom decided not only to replace the carpet in the affected area but also replace the carpet in five other rooms as well as replace flooring in the kitchen and dining area and an additional bathroom. Essentially all the floors in her home. The kicker was that the work needed to be completed in under two weeks, as my mom had her two sisters coming to visit. We also asked that their work be done in a manner that would not be too much of an inconvenience to my 92-year-old mother. We talked to Jeff at Servpro and he brought in all his managers to make sure this was a commitment they could make and keep. After they said yes, they managed all aspects of the project and were completely finished with a few days to spare. They even dealt with some unexpected issues that were found in the demo of the old kitchen floor and immediately fixed an unrelated plumbing issue with a toilet.
