He and his team were there at 8am to put boards on windows etc. AHW was then hired to do the gutting of the home. All household items, refrigerator, furniture, personal belongings, everything! I'll talk first about their work ethic, they all were extremely professional, honest, dedicated, energetic, and knew what needed to be done. Once the home was emptied out, they went to work on ripping everything down, walls, ceilings, cabinets, flooring etc. Right down to the studs. Everyday they left, everything was cleaned up on the outside, sweeping, hosing down etc. Now the human side to these amazing gentlemen. Again, this was a horrific incident. ALL the staff at AHW were compassionate, empathetic and extremely kind to the family. While cleaning out personal items, they'd put items aside that weren't damaged by fire/smoke/water, that were sentimental to the family. Example, photos, wall painting, Dads Notre Dame and Angels memorabilia, Great Grandma's grandfather clock etc. I believe other companies wouldn't have had the degree of compassion they had, and would have tossed these items. Most just want to come in, get the job done and leave. NOT AHW, they came with their hearts open and empathy shining through. I highly recommend AHW for all the reasons stated above: Professional, Honest, Dedicated, Ethical, Hard Working, Very responsive, Respectful; there's so many positive adjectives I can use for them and it still wouldn't be enough. I was charged for work that was never completed, and when I requested the invoice to be corrected, I noticed that every charge on the revised invoice had been increased. This king of behavior feels highly unethical. Unfortunately, I had to work with them because they were brought in through my insurance company. But based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid Green Solution Environmental Services. I also want to caution that they appear to operate under another name - Genesis - which I was later told is essentially the same company. This dual identity only adds to the confusion and lack of transparency. In my opinion, it's best to steer clear of both Green Solutions and Genesis. I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

Upon meeting Joe, I felt so much more at ease compared to the other mold company we met. He was very responsive and reassured me that it was an easy and quick job.
