The driver (James) was there 15 minutes early, had the car warm and cozy for our trip even had a carafe of hot coffee waiting for us. As the questions by her got more detailed, I was then given a quote! How the F would I even know an advance flight # of greater than 3 weeks away? She needs to go back to bed! Told her NOT to dare call me on my travel date. I'll maybe(not)call her. BTW: too high priced for a lousy sedan. For that price I could get an upgraded Uber. If an operation like this cannot even communicate correctly, how in Gods name will they accurately provide you with timely transportation?!
