Till this day, NOBODY has matched the kind of personal interest, knowledge, ability, performance and passion that Ricky shows when serving his customers. Ricky truly knows what he is doing and he has really surprised and impressed me when setting up my network system. He set up and made my Ubiquity network system perform at it's peak, when others installers have only installed the hardware and took off and left me with a poor performing network system. Review long time coming…read more Installed a TV mount to my chimney fireplace and it's rock solid. Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.
