Came in for lunch special. While I'm giving the cashier my order she just ignores me and answers a phone call. Taking a different order. Make chef comes to take my order but she tells him something in Armenian and he ends up taking the order for the guy behind me. Customer service here is awful. read more

Today my friend got robbed in front of sevan chicken. The customer who robbed my friend was a regular customer of theirs. Management instead of doing the human and moral thing of helping her identify the robber. They played stupid and acted as though they did not know him. He had called in his order and sevan chicken claimed they have no caller ID capabilities to the police. They also claimed their video camera is only for show and it does not really record. REALLY! What a cave age era of a business they operate. Shame on you sevan chicken for doing the immoral thing. Never again will I come and buy your food. I will make sure I tell everyone to boycott your business. read more

the food here is eh...ok depending on what you get. the rotisserie chicked is OK...depending on the day. the last time I went it had feathers in the skin...and that grossed me out since the skin is my favorite part so I probably won't visit them for a while. the hummus tastes like it's out of a can...same thing with the mutabel. they have pretty good fries...but how can you mess up fries? really. DON'T get the shawarma...trust me...just don't. it tastes more like a gyro...and not a good gyro at that. the garlic sauce is good... BUT since it's in the same parking lot as Del Taco, I guess it's a healthier alternative if you're looking for fast food in the area. read more

I used to come here often during high school since it was pretty close by and they always had their buy one get one free lunch deals during the weekdays! It's an awesome deal! The food is really great. I usually get the half chicken with rice and french fries. Its plenty of food to fill you up, trust! Also, their garlic sauce is seriously the best. I always have some rice left over and if I have any garlic sauce left, I just mix it in with the rice and it is delicious. Refill is free and the price is very reasonable for the portion. It's a great alternative to the usual fast food like burger king, mcdonalds, everest and whatever else there is in La Crescenta. It's definitely a place to try if you're in town and don't know what to eat! Parking is plenty. read more

Like someone posted earlier, they currently have a buy one get one free lunch special. 1/4 quarter chicken meal. Comes with 2 sides. Essentially what you're getting is a half chicken with 4 sides for under 7 dollars. 2 meals for 3.50. Eat one for lunch and save the other for dinner. Can't really beat the price and great tasting chicken. Every time I drive up to La Crescenta area (live an hour+ away) I almost always stop by here. read more

We have been long time customers but now it is highly unlikely that we will be back. I tried to call and ask about their different combos and when I asked the lady to hold on while my party could decide what we wanted to order she hung up. I tried calling back again and was met by the lady saying something into the phone and hanging up again. I tried to call a third time to place an order but when i was asking questions about what to order she hung up a third time. The food here is ok. I have never been a fan of the chicken but I love their fries. I was very disappointed with this service. Only go here if you if you are 100% of what you want or else you may be met with very rude service. We will not be coming back. read more

The food is good, but almost every time i have placed an order, they have messed it up. Absolutely zero customer service. It's apparently very hard for the cashiers to at least put a smile on their face. Not nice, it feels like the vibe that theyre giving off is more of a "Let me take your order already so you can leave and I can go back to doing what i was doing before". I once literally went to Sevan Chicken almost every day over a span of 3 months. I love this place. The only thing bad about being a regular is that I realize their fall off the bone chicken can become overly cooked. And about 45% of the time that was the case. Sometimes the chicken was so cooked that it turned dry and mushy in your mouth and the skin tasted burnt. Otherwise the price is so good for the amount of food you get. Don't forget this is a "fast" food place. So it's not a fancy dine-in place. Although if you have to wait they at least have a couple of video arcade games in the back corner - it definitely made time go by faster. I also love love love their lulu kabob. If I didn't order the chicken dinner or wrap I would have their delicious ground-beef dinner. The marinade is fantastic. The only down-side is that you have to wait much longer because they only cook it when you order. Oh well it's fresh so the trade off is fair. read more

Nice little hole in the wall middle eastern restaurant in Tujunga. Price is cheap, portion is OK, I definitely recommend this place.... They have lunch special 1/4 chicken with 2 side orders and pita bread very delicious and I think I've paid about $7. or $8. That's a great value. First time there, last time there. I had a hunch walking in that it would suck since there wasn't anyone in there at noon on a Saturday. First fail, the b**ch cashier/order taker. Typical middle eastern chick that tries way too hard to look hot but never will be but that's besides the point. Had a bitter, I-hate-being-here look on her face, not a hello, nothing. Just acted like I was bothering her by placing an order but I digress. I was optimistic that the food would be good so I tried to overlook the attitude that almost made me just walk out. The rotisserie chicken was extremely dry, tasteless, no seasoning like it was just slid onto the rotisserie rod without so much as a dash of salt. The rice and beans were flavorless, the pita just grocery store shelf type but I have to say the garlic sauce was good and was the saving grace. I dunked and soaked everything on my plate into it just to get some flavor. Costco's rotisserie chicken is gourmet compared to this kerap. Suggestions: ditch the b**ch, marinate/season your chicken, don't overcook/rewarm from the day before and you might get more people in there, just not me or anyone I know until that happens. It's unfortunate I had to post a scathing review but maybe it will help them improve and/or be consistent since other reviewers seem to think it's awesome. read more

We probably eat here once a week or every other week. I flip back and forth between the chicken and the filet mignon kebabs. Extra garlic sauce always. Have rarely had a dry piece of bird. It's delicious and juicy. The hummus is kinda bland, but the beans are well seasoned. This is a go-to favorite when we want something fast that doesn't feel or taste like fast food. read more
