Food is so good! The keep the country country veggie burger alternative is a rare menu find because it actually delicious! The fries are my favorite as well. Was very disappointed at this terribly run and very dirty Seven Brothers. The wait was over 45 minutes to order because someone was on a break and no one else was able to take orders. There were also flies and mess all over the tables. The food and vibes were so bad. Go elsewhere like many of the people that were in line. read more

Had one of the best burgers I have ever tried in my life. Definately on my top list of burger spots. First time trying and coming to the area but now I know why it was busy, it was good! Wanted to love it, but somehow it missed the mark. Seeks and Max just fell short for us. Overall, the burgers were seasoned well, and had good flavor but we just weren't a fan of the bun! Such a silly thing to be critical about, but it is crucial piece. It was way oversized for the size of the patty, and was so soggy by 2 minutes in that it destroyed the burgers with sog. The fries were unique, but I would have rather had a traditional cut that is crispy. The service and overall flow of the restaurant was superb...the food just missed the mark and we tried our hardest to love it. read more

The dads cranberry melt does not come with a patty but you can (read: should) request a patty to be added. Then it actually becomes a burger and it tastes pretty good. The blue cheese was very mild, tasted more like goat cheese, I wish the blue cheese was stronger. The bacon cranberry, and jalapeños come through nicely. The Teri Samoa tasted like a good burger but lacked the teriyaki and pineapple flavor. There was a pineapple ring on the burger was lacked the sweet distinctive pineapple taste. Seven Brothers did not disappoint! Any place that makes the burger right in front of you is going to be good. The burger options aren't typical, but they are delicious. I ordered the country burger and added a patty & jalapeños. The paniolo burger is the clear winner. That thing is a work of art. Almost every burger comes with an onion ring and I honestly wish I could've ordered an entire basket of those onion rings. They were outstanding! This might be controversial, but I wasn't overly impressed with the fries. Real potatoes, yes. But as far as flavor and fry, they didn't really excite me. However, our group seemed to love them! The service was awful and we waited in line for the bathroom for 15 min. When the EMPLOYEE came out he was laughing and on his phone. And there was NO sign of hand washing. The door handle was dry and so was the sink. I'm so frustrated that my pregnant self and toddler had to wait for this employee who knew we were waiting and still decided to (likely) chill on his phone on a break and not wash his hands. Nasty. Alright, I'm a fan. What can I say? The burgers are massive, the coconut shrimp salad fresh and flavorful, and the banana bread sundae came straight outta my Hawaiian dreams. Can't say being in Provo gives me island vibes, but I'm glad Seven Brothers is here to help me play make-believe at least for a moment. After all, it's hard to be sad when listening to tropical jams while shoving your face with freshly baked coconut chocolate banana bread and creamy vanilla ice cream. For a casual place, I was impressed with the quality of burger and the speed of service. The fries aren't your typical shoestring, but I loved them! Extra crispy, and I got the crazy style which was so worth it. The blue burger was great too. I actually wish there was a bit more blue cheese to balance out everything else! Well... it was just okay. Not great. Not terrible. The fries were really thick potato slices and were fairly greasy. The cashier was nice but my wife had to repeat her order twice and my friend ordered a lettuce wrap burger and it came with a bun. So...I'm not sure if the staff is great at paying attention or what happened for sure. The benches to the tables were fixed in place but felt like they were too close to the tables. Solid burger place! The portions are generous and the food is very satisfying. It is very messy so be prepared for that. The first bite is hard to get everything in but once you get into it all the flavors come together. I thought the meat was high quality and the cook was excellent. Seven brothers is definitely the best burger in Provo! It's almost identical to their Hawaii location and just as yummy!! It's nice space and the workers are all so nice. The menu is full of unique burgers - we ordered the Teri burger which has pineapple on it and was sooo yummy. They are so huge it's hard to fit in your mouth! Stopped in for dinner Friday night. Service was good. Very friendly staff. They had live music, played by a very talented guy. Busy with patrons, but they have a lot of space for people to sit. I had the PANIOLO (Cowboy) Burger. From their menu description "Giant homemade onion rings, grilled pineapple, bacon and melted American cheese all covered in house and bbq sauce." It's a really good burger. I ordered fries and a drink, as well. The fries are more like a sliced potato. A great change of pace from the traditional fries most burger places serve. We loved Seven Brothers Burgers on a recent trip to Oahu so we figured we'd try our closest one on the mainland. Boy were we disappointed. We got the Shezs burger and it was terrible- the meat was dry and the bacon was cold. We were so disappointed. But we will stick to the Hawai'i locations from now on. read more

This place is so good! I love the inside vibe and feel. I think they did a great job at making it seem like you're eating at a beach-side venue (even though your in a building). At least for me that is what the inside and the seating style reminds me of. The staff are very friendly and smile. They are happy to answer questions and don't mind helping you figure out what you might be craving in flavor. I came here with some friends and I got the Spencer with fries. The burger was totally delicious and full of flavor. The jalapeños added just the right amount of heat and the sauce on the burger helped cool the heat too. I would totally recommend this one. The fries could have been a bit better. I'm not sure what happened but they were sorta burnt. It was like they where more chips than fries. I think one more thing of fry sauce would have helped too. I'm so sad--my favorite burgers are ruined. We don't live close to a 7 Brothers, so if we're in another town that has one, and we're going to have a burger, that's the one we used to want most. I live closest to the Saratoga business, but we were willing to travel across two towns more than once, once we learned how delicious these burgers were. They were consistent in texture (crisp perfection from bun to burger!) and flavor. Piled high. I don't eat out much, so this was important to me. Then we were further out of town the other day, and went to the one in Pleasant Grove/Lindon area. Oh, my gosh, you'd never know it was intended to be the same food! The service was wonderful, the cashier very sweet, but when our food was brought to us, we didn't even recognize it. No more beautiful crisp bun--no lovely height that you can barely get your teeth around. I even took a pic, but I'm not seeing where I can post a picture. My husband had the same experience. We each got a different burger. We just looked at each other, and asked, "What's this?". Then we gave it a shot at taste, and ew. I never need to eat that again. The buns were disgusting--squishy, without flavor. I wish there were a place to show a picture of what we were trying to eat. I only got a few bites in and was done--we can make way better burgers at home. I'm so sad to see when businesses get popularity, then think they can trick us into continuing to eat lesser quality food. It NEVER works. SO SAD read more

3/5 for the burger 5/5 for the fries I ordered the Max Burger, mushrooms are a favorite of mine. I was not blown away by the burger, in fact, it was missing a lot of flavor. The mushroom sauce was very bland and took over any other taste that could possibly exist. I would love to see an upgrade of bun, maybe a pretzel option. The one used is quick to get soaked and destroys the integrity of the whole thing. All the ingredients flopped out and it just became a mess. Not worth the 9 bucks. I do love the fries!
