Great take on a burger and fries. This particular location has really good customer service.

We definitely got wicked food poisoning here on 5/23. We got a to go order and it seemed fine. Funnily enough my husband made a comment about how the only staff there is teenagers which is a little concerning. My husband's onion rings were undercooked and the food was cold but there wasn't anything terribly wrong. We've had it before but the quality was far different this time. The buns were super pale, fries under cooked, sauces were missing etc. We are our food around 7:30pm and me and my husband were up at 3am throwing up. Our kids seem fine but they also only shared a keikei burger and said they didn't like it so they didn't finish their meal. They probably only ate a quarter of the burger each and some fries. We rarely eat out and this was a splurge for us, I'm also pregnant and food poisoning can be super dangerous for a pregnancy so I'm super worried. Overall just sad and disappointed. read more

Just staying at the hotel across the street and this spot sounded good, so we ventured over for dinner. It was absolute worth it!! Great food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Must try the Paniolo Fries!! These are ridiculous! Shakes are quite good too. All around great meal. We are from California and have never heard of this place..... luckily I went to TikTok and to see what is around here (since we are currently staying close by) and have never stayed here before. We stopped and had the worst lunch ever! The teenager behind the register couldn't answer questions about the menu, eg didnt know that there was only one chicken sandwich. I gave up on chicken and got a cheese burger and fries. The burger was small and ugly, served on a COLD bun. The fries were hot but greasy and mealy-- I could only eat a few because of the sogginess. Of the 9 employees who were standing and sitting around talking and laughing only the cooks were working. I'm so sorry that I stopped here. We were almost the only customers but the atmosphere was loud from the oversupply of giggling teenagers. Where was their supervisor?! read more

We were recommended this place since me and my team were from out of town. Wasn't very good as the burgers are overwhelmed with sauces and other condiments. They couldn't give me a receipt as the system was down and the girl at the register didn't care more-less about anything. They don't have iced tea as I don't drink sodas and charge for a water cup. Wow! I ordered the Shem burger with the most amazing fries I've ever had! The burger was done perfectly and such a great pairing of flavor. Everything was thoughtfully prepared from the toasted bun to the actual leaf of romaine and perfectly caramelized onions. The staff was so pleasant and helpful for a first time customer it really helped to not feel rushed. The fries oh my goodness just the right seasoning to make them pop but not take away from perfectly cooked potatoes! Over all wonderful experience. Great location a little bit away from the craziness that downtown can have. Super family friendly environment and food. Will definitely add this to our rotation! read more

Clean tasting burger with good flavor, clean restaurant needing a little more seating (because of its popularity on a Friday night) and exceptional service. I chose the sham burger with no cheese and a lettuce wrap (lettuce wrap not recommended because it isn't a wrap, it's a burger between two leafs of lettuce.) and it tasted great. Clean and flavorful even without the bun and cheese. The potato fries with fry sauce are good. My husband got the spicy one without the onion ring and said the bun was not crisp enough, but the jalapeños were the best he has had from a burger joint. The mushrooms were good too. Unfortunately we have a life threatening tree nut allergy so we won't be able to bring our kid here to eat. Otherwise I highly recommend trying out this newer burger joint in the outskirts of Saint George. read more

Looking for a quick lunch after a busy morning, my wife and I tried Seven Brothers in Washington, Utah. This Hawaiian burger restaurant sounded intriguing. Seek's Deep Blue Burger is loaded with crispy bacon, melted swiss cheese, mild blue cheese, ranch, BBQ and house sauces. Lots of great flavors and just the right size for lunch. My wife ordered Sterling's Teriyaki Burger. This is topped with fresh pineapple, smoky bacon, a tangy teriyaki souce, American cheese, and their house sauce. Another home run, full of great flavors and none of the excessive salt and pepper found at other grills. We shared (it's big!) a large Paniolo (fries). These sliced fries blast off with grilled pineapple, smoky bacon, caramelized onions, melted cheese, BBQ sauce, and two huge, crunchy onion rings. Delicious but too much for us to finish. We also shared a decadent Oreo milkshake that was well crafted and luxurious. Service was Fast and they really want to know if there is anything you need. Warm, friendly and sincere. The ambiance is nice, clean and set like a communal dining hall. Seven Brothers is different and a real treat. We give them a very good rating. read more

Island vibes serve up the best burgers in St George! These guys started on the North Shore of Oahu and brought the family feel to Utah. Clean and open dining area, you're greeted with an order taker counter service and they bring your made to order meal to your table. I got the Max burger, mushrooms, bacon, Swiss on a soft bun I normally order their paniola fries but opted for a salad this time and couldn't pass up on the coconut shrimp salad. Those Hawaiian shrimp are built different caused they were as big as my burger! Great place to eat for lunch or dinner. Don't forget to try mama's banana bread for dessert! read more

First place outside of Hawaii that we found their coconut shrimp!! Definitely their best item on the menu, and biggest bang for your buck! Every meal is deliciously cooked and very filling, you really cannot go wrong Seven Bros! The employees were SO kind and attentive! Coming to our table often (yet not too much that we couldn't eat in peace) to ask if we needed anything or to clear our plates once we were finished. They train their employees very well, kudos to whoever the manager is. TIPS & TRICKS: - ALWAYS ask for more sauces, you will need it! Especially if you get the salad, the tiny dressing they give doesn't do much, so just ask for a few more. And the sauce for the shrimp... you'll need more because by the end you'll be wishing to drink it straight from the cup. - Get there right at open, first off the fry oil is the best if you're one of the first to arrive. We've sadly had burnt shrimp and fries before but have noticed that if we are one of the first to arrive it's perfectly cooked! And second off, this location is crazy busy! We LOVED seven brothers! We seen it in northern Utah but had never been. The food was phenomenal! Everyone loved what they ordered! We were all in agreement that the coconut shrimp salad was the best, but the burgers were a very close second! It was busy but we went on a Friday night so we definitely expected that! We came here on a late Saturday night dinner and this place was packed! The line was way out the door, and we decided to wait because of how good the reviews were. We found out later that this place has only been open 2 weeks and so the long line was forgivable. The menu is simple and I appreciated that. It was easy to order and we all found something we liked. My only negative review was that the fries don't come included with the burger. With how expensive it is, it's a bummer that you have to pay more for fries and even more for a drink. When the burgers came, they were large and they were very nice to bring us extra fry sauce. The burgers were delicious! Well worth the wait and we all enjoyed our food. They are definitely messy, big, and a smash style sandwich. Our favorite part was the bun! Such an amazing homemade flavor to it and wasn't too big for the sandwich. Sometimes the bun is too much! The fries were okay, the fry sauce was great and the banana bread was fantastic! The owner of the store was kind enough to check on us to see how we were doing and it was fun to learn more about him and how how business is going in St. George. We ordered the Shem Burger, Coconut Macadamia Shrimp Salad and Crazy Fry. The portions are really big, all the items on their menu are interesting, not the usual food you see. The line was long when we went in, but they were fast in taking orders and preparing our food. The Shem burger was really good, the beef patty tasted great with the bacon and guacamole. The Crazy Fry was just ok for me, but it was still good. The coconut macadamia shrimp salad was my favorite! Tried this tonight for the first time with my two 9 year olds. I got the burger with onion rings and pineapple, fries, a drink and my kids got a kids meal each and it was $33. I don't like being asked to tip before I receive my food. It's irritating. Our burgers came out before the fries. The kids burgers were fine, mine was good but became a little too soggy for my liking from the pineapple. All three of us did not enjoy the fries. Fries are a big deal. Maybe some really prefer them but we did not and as a result probably wouldn't return because when you pay that much for burger and fries all items need to be very desirable in order to come back and spend that much again with all the competition.
