All calls to this location are diverted to the Fayetteville office in which may or may not get your message to the Sanford office. I spoke with the Fayetteville representative to have a vaccine ordered for my grandfather at the Sanford office and the message was never delivered, meaning a complete waste of appointment and unneeded headache. I will highlight however, the Sanford staff and medical care team were nothing short of accommodating and personable. Their receptionist, Shae was so kind. They ensured that our needs were met and we were well taken care of.. I would just recommend to their management that they secure a phone line specific to them, to avoid customer dissatisfaction.
