I will have to say this review is solely on the communication, as I was not able to receive their services. First, she was super responsive and answered all the questions I had prior to booking a time and date for a regular clean. Then, I was expecting her to confirm prior to the day of the clean, if our appointment was still set. She didn't, but I reached out to her to confirm. She set the time for 8 am. The day of, I woke up extra early to put some things away so it's out of their way to clean so that it's ready by 8 am. 8 am came and went and she was still not here. I wasn't too upset about it but it was a little bothersome as I have my 3 yo and 6 mo with me. At 08:11 she informs me her assistant is bringing their 4 yo child. If I didn't have kids I don't know how I would have felt about this, but since I have my 3 yo, I was ok with it since he is friendly and loves to play. (At this point in my head I was like, shouldn't you discuss that with your assistant atleast the day before? It just seemed so unorganized) At 0826 she tells me that the little girl has a "flu" and isn't able to go to daycare, but will be wearing a mask. At this point, I quickly became uncomfortable as I can't afford to have my babies sick as we are also leaving on a trip the next day. I told her that and asked her if that means we are cancelling. She said yes. Later, I then asked if we can reschedule and if she would offer a discount since it was last minute cancellation- let alone the day of and passed the appointment time. She ignored me for hours and said she can't cause she wouldn't offer a discount. I said that's fine, I'm okay with the original price of $225. And I said it was just a courtesy question if it's something she would offer for the inconvenience. THEN she tells me *I* was the one that canceled. When in fact she was or we both agreed upon it. But either way I don't think it's professional to bring a sick child over to someone else's house, who has little kids. But the fact of the matter is, I was still willing to pay the original price even if there wasn't a discount. But instead of rescheduling the clean with me, she continues the conversation that I was the one that canceled. I had to show her the screen shot of our convo to show that she cancelled. But again, how is that helpful or productive? Don't blame your client, when your client is still willing to give you business after everything. Anyway, I'm sure the cleaning is exceptional based on the reviews. And I'm bummed that it was a fail for me. read more

I needed a move-out cleaning and she was available the same week. Arrived on time and was courteous. Everything that was left behind in the home was gathered neatly, and garbage was left ready outside the door (she even replaced the bag in the trash can). Pricing was far more competitive than similar cleaners. Very thorough job - oven was spotless, microwave was clean, and even cleaned the bathroom fan. This is our first time hiring a house cleaner. I was initially very appalled by the estimates I received from other cleaners that quoted thousands of dollars for a deep clean, which apparently is a pre-requisite for standard cleaning services. Thankfully we found Seven Sisters Cleaning and spoke with Rosa who gave us a very reasonable flat price. We scheduled a cleaning two days later. They arrived earlier than planned, which was great because we did a full walk-through of the house to identify where cleaning was needed and what needed extra love. It took 2 cleaners about 5.5 hours which is longer than anticipated, but we have a large home and they were detailed in basically a deep clean. They did a spectacular job and exceeded all my expectations!! I'm now looking forward to keeping Rosa and her cleaners for monthly cleaning services. read more

They did an excellent job on a deep clean for a condo. They worked hard and cleaned every nook and cranny. Even with minimal English spoken they were able to communicate with phone translation so I could understand. They stayed beyond the estimated time to finish the job. I have used several cleaning companies in the past 6 or 7 years and no one has cleaned better than the ladies that came today. I have a bedroom and bathroom in my daughter and her husband's home. It was extremely messy as was the bathroom. The ladies showed up on time, had their own gear and proceeded to clean every inch of my bath and bdrm. I've never had it cleaned so thoroughly as today and am very pleased with the outcome . They were very kind too which is always appreciated. I will be using this company from now on for all my cleaning needs. My daughter and her husband were also very impressed and said they would be hiring them for upcoming cleaning projects. Had a quick response and a very good price for my request for a move-out cleaning - they were able to accommodate a very fast turn-around time. Unfortunately when I found out at the last moment (literally 45 minutes before they were supposed to arrive!) that we needed to cancel they were nothing but understanding. Rosa and her team are fantastic. We have tried other cleaners in the area, and they have been the best so far. They come with three cleaners, when others bring two or even just one. They were great dealing with my kids annoying them when they were here too. There is a language barrier, but Rosa is great about it, and it's not a huge deal with Google translate and text messages. Our small family asked seven sisters to come by as my husband and I especially my husband are disabled. He takes something called CBD rso oil or Rick Simpson oil when he's having flare ups that can leave him bed bound if he doesn't stay on top of it. The seven sisters came by and we're supposed to do at the very least a FULL job and pick up the trash bags all over the place as my husband having to do it could literally make him pull a muscle or pop out a joint...they found one of his LEGALLY purchased CBD rso syringes and judged before asking any questions taking off leaving all the work for my disabled SECTION 8 flared up freaking husband to have to clean as they were leaving he explained to them both that there was no paraphernalia he asked if it was a possible joint container for legal cannabis that was bugging them as he will have something non pharmaceutical to help him get through the chronic pain sometimes... They said yes and just continued leaving giving no other info and leaving a huge mess after THANKFULLY cleaning our bathroom and a little bit of the bedroom. My husband and I felt extremely judged we lead a very clean substance free lifestyle (barring the need of legitimate medicine) but one moment of judgement followed by not even receiving a text to CLEAR UP the misunderstanding after my husband and I went into great detail in a text about how big of a misunderstanding it was...all I have to say is DONT use this place if you have any alcoholic beverages out on the counter possibly or any oied pipes..but especially if your using CBD rso for relief from your chronic body inflammation! Be on guard even if you did nothing wrong they may not contact you after and prepare to have all preconceived notions made about you held against you later on. read more

They didn't call or text the day before to confirm. I had to call the morning of the cleaning and she Forgot about our 10:00 appt. Was supposed to be 4 people, but 2 people couldn't come. Still charged the same amount. Rosa said they would come at 12. Showed up at 12:17. Started around 12:30. Rosa Told us that her daughter was sick and she had to hire a babysitter. That is really not our problem. Decided that they were only going to work 4 hours. We told them that the main things were the 2 bathrooms and kitchen. After doing the kitchen and one bathroom she was like, I'm not doing the downstairs bathroom when there was 40 min left. We told her that the kitchen was fine and to please start the bathroom. They wanted to cut out early, but we had to remind them that she started at 12:30, so we had to ask her to stay till 4:30 as promised. So one person finished up the kitchen while the other started the bathroom. So the whole house didn't get done, just the main areas. They also speak only Spanish, so if you don't speak Spanish it would be hard to communicate what you need or want. read more

We need a thorough cleaning and a deep cleaning. Rose and team did a fantastic job. They are detailed in everything and cleaned areas below carpets, high ceiling corners. While they were responsive and flexible with their dates and times, they did not and could not follow instructions about certain sections of the home that were not to be touched. This happened during the first visit. But giving them the benefit of doubt I called them again for a second time and that's when they not only didn't follow the same instructions but they broke a religious idol in my home that was irreplaceable. read more
