    Without the eggs!

Searched the area for good coffee and bites near Bryce. The coffee was exceptionally good! Ordered the Bacon Breakfast burrito and they forgot to put in the eggs!!! The place wasn't busy, one other couple in front of us.

I mean it when I say this is one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had! First off, the staff was quick and efficient. The place was packed and I was shocked that my food was ready minutes after ordering. The portion of the burrito was GENEROUS. My only comment is that I wish they served a bigger portion of salsa with it. They have nailed how bacon should be cooked in a breakfast burrito. Honestly, I will dream about this burrito until next time. I will definitely come back to this cute, quaint, and cleanly cafe!

Breakfast burrito with salsa in the side. It was fuller than this, I e already eaten half... it was opps I didn't take a picture.

The best, hearty homemade breakfast burrito that I've had. The pumpkin spiced latte was exceptional too. They had pastry to choose from too. You won't be disappointed

Really good coffee and cute merch. Parking was easy and there have restrooms and lots of seating indoors and outdoors. The service is very fast and friendly. I got a ln oatmilk latte and a vegan breakfast burrito. It was great!! A side of avocado and some hot sauce would make it next level. Look forward to my next visit.

Driving through from Bryce to Zion and this was the perfect stop for breakfast & coffee! We did a croissant sandwich, breakfast burritos, and an iced latte! Everything was delicious. Definitely stop on your way past!

Fabulous coffee- raspberry white mocha. The yogurt parfait was excellent. Fast service. Cute inside

Found this gem on our drive from our stop by Bryce Canton to Antelope Canyon. We found it by accident and it was the perfect oasis for our morning trip. Delicious coffee, bagels, and egg and cheese croissants were yummy and unexpectedly easy. The staff is super friendly and helpful, thank you!

Bacon, egg and cheese croissant! 2 eggs!

Stopped by on our way to Bryce Canyon. It was a busy little place around 8:30am. My order was taken by a friendly young lady and everything was prepared exactly as ordered. My husband had the breakfast burrito. It was stuffed full of goodness and plenty for one person. I had the Bacon, Egg Cheese Croissant. The croissant was flaky and tender, two freshly cooked eggs, plenty of bacon and cheese. More than I could eat but I wasn't wasting one bite of it! Finished it off later in the day! Coffees were delicious as well. Food/coffees prepared freshly after ordering. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and accuracy! Lots of people in and out preparing for various adventures for the day yet the flow of the shop was orderly and very efficient! Great job!

About a 2-2.5: Sevier Coffee was spotted while we were in the area, and we decided to stop by to have a quick lunch. This place offers various coffee and drinks, as well as all-day breakfast menu and lunch sandwiches. We ordered: +a Black Forest Ham & Cheddar Sandwich - a multi-grain bread filled with black forest ham, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions - could have been more stacked with the ham slices and more toppings +a Pesto, Turkey and Swiss Melt - a sourdough bread filled with kale pesto, sliced turkey, and swiss cheese - I thought this would be more of a panini, but it was just lightly toasted; I think they could have done a better job in stacking the sammies more All the sandwiches came with the housemade kettle chips, which were thickly sliced and crispy. Definitely a higher price point with the amount you're getting. Staff were friendly, and while there is no seating inside, there were plenty of seating outside on their patio. Plenty of parking on the side in their lot. +housemade kettle chips +outside seating +parking available

Passed through Hatch on my way to Bryce Canyon and was pleasantly impressed by this cute coffee shop! I had a lavender latte and my brother had a dirty chai (prob the best dirty chai I've ever tasted, which is saying a lot - that's my go-to drink). The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was downright incredible! My brother had the breakfast burrito and enjoyed it, too. The service was very friendly, prompt, and gave stellar recommendations. I'm currently typing this on Cloud 9. I wish I had this gem closer to Denver. Definitely stop by if you get a chance :-)

A hole in wall coffee shop that hits the spot right before your big day of exploring! We were looking for a quick breakfast place to stop along the way to Bryce Canyon and found this place. The coffee is perfection and the breakfast is too. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant while my husband got the bacon egg burrito. They were both very big and filling! When you walk in, the employees are so friendly and constantly greeting people! Not to mention, super apologetic for the wait. But they were working so hard! The place is clean, the bathrooms are immaculate and the inside shop had maps and tourist info for the area which was super helpful. We definitely recommend!

I enjoyed an Iced vanilla latte with their seasonal special blueberry cinnamon roll with lemon icing. The cinnamon roll was delicious and I will be dreaming it until I have it again! The coffee was wonderful, we think they make their own vanilla syrup. My husband got a hot vanilla latte, just as delicious as the iced. And he also got an old fashioned donut! WOW the donut was so fresh and warm we are still questioning if they make them on demand. We waited in line outside as they do not have an inside but they do have a drive through. And staff were super kind and allowed us time to look at the menu. They also had specialty seasonal drinks that's looked delicious.

I like that they had a good variety of drinks, plus some food - kolaches in particular caught my eye, haven't been able to find those outside of Texas! The sausage breakfast kolache was a good choice, they also have sweet options and energy balls, pastries, etc. A friend got their donuts and raved about how good they were, and served warm. I got one of their specialty lattes with honey and cinnamon - can't remember the name but it's a separate paper menu you'll have to ask for. They do use Torani syrups and have a few different milks available.

We arrived about 6 and waited about 20 minutes for a very nice booth. We split a pretty good-sized house salad. It was fine. I had the trout with asparagus and sweet potato fries. Fish (lemon pepper and salt) was tasty and perfectly prepared. Asparagus was also perfectly cooked, still a bit of crunch. The fries were too limp but tasted good. My hubs ordered the ribeye. Looked so juicy and charred but was a bit tough. Flavor was great and it was a gigantic 16-oz. portion. Coffee was tasteless, unfortunately. The absolute highlight of the meal was the pie! The apple pie is the best I have ever eaten. The filling contained nice slices of apples, no mushy stuff here. And the crust was incredibly flaky with a bit of sugar baked on top. My husband ordered the cherry pie à la mode and was quite pleased with the pie and two little scoops of ice cream alongside. Nice staff too! This place is popular for a reason. It HAS to be that incredible pie.

Good portion but the beef was so overcooked, it was hard eat. I got a side of broccoli that ended up being the best part of the meal. No refills on coffee or hot water for tea. The benches were hard wood and not the most comfortable and the women's bathroom smelled like urine. We did run into somebody who said their chicken sandwich was excellent so maybe we just got the wrong thing. Not a great experience for us.

While ordering at the counter, I needed to make a quick adjustment after getting confused about one of the items. During that moment, a 'white' gentleman was waiting behind me, and instead of simply acknowledging him with "I'll be with you shortly," the lady staff apologized to him for my delay in ordering (according to her). Shortly after, while I was still in the middle of ordering and asking about tea options, she abruptly moved on to take his order without any explanation or communication. The interaction felt dismissive and uncomfortable as well I felt strong I am treated with racism, especially in the condition when I was pregnant who crave all good food.... As for the food, most of it was enjoyable. The scrambled eggs on the croissant and the pancakes were well done. However, the onion soup was overly salty, likely due to the cheese which was in the soup and also on the bread. Another downside, especially as first-time visitors, was the lack of guidance. We weren't informed that water was self-serve, and only realized it after noticing another guest getting it themselves. Interestingly, when leaving, we saw staff pouring water for newly seated guests, which added to the inconsistency. Overall, the food showed effort from the kitchen, but the service experience was disappointing. The 2-star rating is mainly in appreciation of the quality of the dishes. Cafe is quite small and we felt hot, as there's only a portable AC that couldn't accommodate that size of room. Not recommended place, even this is one of the rarest cafe in town. Rather to spend money to somewhere worthy and respect you as guest, no matter what roots you have.
