Raul was awesome. I reached out via yelp with photos and a quote from someone else on a job. First, he responded instantly saying the quote I was given is about right for the job. Second, he helped diagnose my issue and gave advice that it would be better to do the job myself as it was simple. I misunderstood the problem I was encountering. Third, he sent me pictures of tools to assist with the job to do myself and I was able to fix it with some simple tools he recommended I already had. All that and he didn't charge me anything, but he was willing to come out and do the job himself if needed. He was very respectable and honest at all times! About a year later, I noticed water seeping through the concrete patch where the repair had been made. When I contacted Raul, I was quoted an additional $6,500 to fix the issue, assuming the problem was in a second section of the sewer line--without running a camera inspection. I decided to get a second opinion. The new plumber ran a camera and immediately identified that the liner installed by Raul was not properly connected to the existing sewer line, which was causing a significant leak. I paid $2,000 to correct this faulty connection--an issue that could have been easily identified and avoided with a proper inspection the first time. My biggest frustration is the lack of due diligence. Had a camera been run initially--or even during the follow-up--this problem could have been diagnosed correctly and spared me unnecessary stress and expense. Customers pay top dollar for professional services expecting peace of mind, thorough work, and accountability. Unfortunately, that expectation was not met in this case. January 20, 2026 My neighbor used Raul's service for his plumbing problem, so I contacted him for my slab leak. He came and gave me an estimate for the both the immediate area and a complete replacement of my water pipes. I chose to have my whole plumbing replaced. Since I didn't have an attic, it meant several holes in my wall (approximately 50). However, the crew was amazing. Each day they cleaned up the area and were always willing to answer my question. After they closed the holes, and sealed it with plaster, the holes were not noticeable on the off-white walls. A big shout out to Alfonso, Ismael, Eric and Jose and the rest of the amazing workers. We called about our main sewer line being backed up, Raul's crew arrived with a fiber optic camera to asses the problem. After showing us the all the roots, they used a Water Jet to cut them clear. They took care of the clog in about 10 mins. They also recommended some future prevention actions to keep it from happening again, they also recommended I replace some of the pipes as they are old and rusted and could cause a major problem down the line. We never knew how devastating a plugged kitchen sink could be to our overall household but we unfortunately experienced it this week. The plugged sink caused us to move many of the kitchen cleaning duties to our a bathroom sink. I found Raul at Sewer & Plumbing Experts through my plumber, and I'm really glad I did. Several of my neighbors had experienced significant main sewer line issues and I wanted to see if I had a problem on the horizon. Raul's crew was excellent. They did a liner in the main pipe under my driveway and to the street. They also replaced the drain line for my laundry area which was super corroded. They showed me views of the various lines with the camera and explained the work that they suggested. This was some fairly major work, but they kept the mess to a minimum and did it all in two days. The best part was my driveway and garage floor remain intact with no cutting. They used a machine to burrow a new line under my garage and even the hole they cut was small and covered by my washer.
