I had an emergency on a Friday night, and Carlos was able to come out, get the job done, and explain exactly what happened and what needed to be done to prevent it from happening again. What stood out to me the most was how trustworthy he was. Sometimes you can just tell by someone's energy and the way they communicate with you that they're being straight with you, and that's exactly how I felt with Carlos. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me or take advantage of the situation. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable, especially considering it was a Friday night emergency. So where do I start! My wife & I had moved in to what looked like a new home but little did we know the house still had the original plumbing (Steel piping).
