Counters, tables, and floors are always super clean and not sticky. The prices are on par with other competitors I've been to in East TN, which is nice to see. However, Bohemy bowls does not limit your base or topping selection. No up charges for extra toppings either. In addition to that, they do not skimp out on filling your bowl! Not to mention, all the fruit is always perfectly ripe and hasn't been sitting out salad bar style all day. The bases are soft and have a great texture unlike they just came out of the deep freeze. I also tried a custom bowl with the Blue Majik base and enjoyed their waffles with a modified Kawaka topping both were good. I was here on vacation and this was one of the few locations in the area that offered actual whole foods. The ambiance was light and airy. It almost reminded me of a yoga studio walking in and they had a fitting quote on the wall. This place is otherwise ok, but it severly lacked quite a bit of attention to detail especially when the owner came in and recognized the patrons missing spoons for smoothie bowl, but lacked the ability to recognize patrons eating on napkins due to a lack of plates. Which is why I gave 2 stars despite their tasty food and good ambiance.
