What a great business concept! I saw posts yesterday on Instagram and had to make a visit this morning. They combine healthy with delicious, which for some can be hard to find. They are extremely knowledgeable on healthy macro nutritional breakdown. Their shakes are balanced and low in sugar. The teas are crammed with vitamins and chalked full of flavor. I recommend the cucumber watermelon tea and the cookies and cream shake! Get the combo! One each for $11! read more

Wow! I went to Bearden Nutrition today to grab two drinks and wow did they impress me. The wonderful young lady making drinks today was so kind and thoughtful and made my experience so great. She answered all questions I had about the menu and completed my order very quickly with great accuracy and attention to detail. The inside of the shop is very cute and well designed. Next time I will be sure to take pictures. The price is a little bit steep, but then again, you are purchasing a GREAT tasting drink that has exceptional nutritional benefits. We enjoyed our visit to Bearden Nutrition. Each person in my group ordered a different flavor of shake. We all agreed Cookies & Cream was our favorite. They have a kids menu of fun flavored tea drinks, which I thought was a really cute idea. I would suggest adding a couple of mini shakes to the kids menu... I had to order my 5 yr old a regular size, and he could barely finish half. Expect to pay more than you would at a smoothie place; the shakes contain added nutrients and are more of a meal replacement than a snack. We'll definitely go back and try their teas! read more

We tried this place for the first time and both our shakes were very good. I tried the blueberry cheesecake shake because of love blueberries. It tasted very good. The blueberry and cheesecake flavors were both present in my shake. My fiance tried the chocolate caramel cheesecake. It was very good too blending the chocolate and caramel well. One small thing is you could not taste the cheesecake in her shake but still very good. Also for the size I think $8 was a bit pricey, however we will still be back to visit. It is nice to have treat options like these shakes full of protein as well as different vitamins and minerals. I definitely recommend them. read more

I used to really love this place when they first opened. The shakes and teas are great, don't get me wrong, but the customer service was top notch. When you came in, you felt like so much more than a name and a number-- the owner made you feel special and knows just about everyone's name who goes into the store more than once. Business started to really pickup for them, and they started hiring on more and more people, and opening up more stores. Overtime, what was once a really amazing place, is a place that has really began to lose its magic and roots of what it once was not too long ago. I understand trying to open up stores and the pressure that entails, but when you start to chase the money instead of focusing on building slowly, it ruins such a good thing fast. People come into the store to see Leslie and to get that one of a kind experience, and now when you go in, it feels like there are new faces every time and they seem to want you in and out so they can help the next customer. Really bummed because this place was one of my favorites because of the customer service alone. People over profit seemed to be their guiding mission in the beginning, but not so much now. read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE Bearden nutrition. Everyone is super friendly. My only complaint is they aren't open later so I have more chances to get their delicious shakes!!! I work nights so I'm sleeping during their hours of operations which is probably best for my bank account they are only open till 4 cause if they were open later I would probably actually leave early for work to stop on my way in. But when I am feeling froggy I will take the 10 minute detour on my way home from work (I get off at 6:55 am). The shakes are filling and some of the best protein shakes I've ever had. Really help when I have a sweet tooth but want to be healthy (can't put on any more quarantine weight) and their teas are very energizing. They are not for the faint of heart I recommend DO NOT drink the teas after 5 pm unless you work nights. I drank one on my day off and I was up till 4 am sitting wide awake, felt like payback for my waitressing days when I gave regular instead of decaf. For those who are new to Bearden Nutrition their teas are not your typical tea so don't be upset if you were expecting sweet tea, they are fruit flavored energy nectar! My fave shakes are between banana pudding or banana nut bread, if banana ain't it sis then Fruity pebbles is pretty good taste like the milk after you eat a bowl of fruity pebbles which I thoroughly enjoy. For the teas it's between watermelon jolly rancher or Georgia peach. read more
