My gripes are really towards the field conditions. I understand that the fields will be turf because it'd be a huge expense to have to constantly seed and water and cut grass. The field conditions are just really bad. I'm the goalie for my team, and there are so many random dips and holes in the penalty area on both fields. Even when I go to do a pitch inspection before the games, I check the dips, and I'm still caught by surprise by how low the dips are. Then, when you talk about the outfield, there are too many dips and holes. My coworkers have gotten injured way too often from unsafe playing conditions. From twisted ankles and sprained calves, it's way too much. Management really needs to invest in resurfacing the fields.

The online reservation process was a breeze and they were very accommodating with our dates. One suggestion for improvement: The arm guards for archery could really use an upgrade. It'd make the game a lot more fun if we didn't have to worry about getting bruises on the forearm. Tips for Yelpers who are considering booking: 1. Do not eat before the game (it's very tempting as the location is right next to a food truck park). 2. Consider bringing your own arm guards. 3. Then we chose a venue and he did all the coordination (including obtaining a permit, and bringing refreshments and music) to allow us to have the event for 16 people at a park in Sausalito. As for the event itself, Tyler came ready to party with high energy. He and his team member did a great job facilitating the event ("American Gladiator Assault Challenge"--a physically demanding team building!) and cleanup at the end was quick and easy. I had to email him that we were waiting for him to start the zoom. I let this slide the first time because things happen. But when we had a second meeting with him he was 15 minutes late AGAIN with no heads up and I had to email him again that we were waiting for him to start the zoom. He tried to shrug it off and made the excuse that things run late. At this stage we still had questions about the proposal that he really only half answered. We were really confused with the proposal. He explained to us they work by estimating the cost of all the components of your event and that's what you pay them plus an exorbitant fee. Like if we're paying $4K for lounge furniture, they won't give you details on what exactly you're getting before you pay them. After we asked for an updated proposal with our asks, he emailed back that our date was booked and they couldn't help with our event. The audacity. (Mind you, we were about to shell out $20K for a 40 person picnic for 4 hours.) He gave us zero warning or heads up that our date could have been booked or was not on hold for us. This was a huge waste of time and left us back at square one with only 3 weeks left to plan our company event. The way Luis have conducted himself was extremely unprofessional. I would expect for someone who is the founder of the company to have sound business practices and better client management skills.

But please note the water slides have been closed since the pandemic hit and they have no clear date to reopen them. I believe they are also only open on Saturday as there is lap swimming on the other days. Parking is very easy on Geary Street, right in front.
