The fine print of the contract contains a lot of exceptions to allow them to not honour this refund, so don't believe them in the sales pitch if they tell you that you can change your mind and get a full refund.

Since we could not start our lessons until everything opened back up, I called and asked for a 1 month extension, as we live out of town and would have difficulty honouring the experation date. The woman on the other end of the phone called me a horrible customer. I was so upset that I asked for my money back. She continued to yell at me and tell me I was horrible, then hung up on me. At this point I was in tears. I then received a text message telling me that she would refund all my money because she did not want to service me and told me to go somewhere else. I never received my money. Finally PayPal refunded me all my money, including the $20 she claimed she was keeping as a cancellation fee. I'm a District Manager, and if any of my Managers or associates spoke to customers in that fashion, they would be disciplined, up to termination. This woman's behaviour and demeanor was unacceptable.
