Our little angel Maui loves SFWoofPack! She is an extremely energetic 7-month old goldendoodle puppy that loves nothing more but playtime. She goes out everyday with her pack leader Rick and comes back pooped. She is usually still napping when we get back from work and we have to pull her up to go potty. It would literally be impossible to keep Maui (and us) sane without these guys! Where do I begin?!! It's going to be almost a year since we started sending Pepper to SFWoofPack and it has been THE BEST experience both for our pupper and us! Nate and Rick take such good care of Pepper(I feel like Pepper loves them more than his pawrents), and we have never been worried for his safety( esp. after a few failed Rover attempts). Since we started sending Pepper during his puppy months (when he was 6months), it helped him focus on the obedience training we did during the evening and weekends once he took his puppy energy out playing with other dogs at SFWoofPack. The pickups and dropoffs that they do for the pack are a huge convenience since we were commuting to work (before covid) and not always home to drop Pepper off. I reached out to Nate and Rick after Tako (my pup) got his shots and was ready for the big world, he's been in their daily weekday care ever since he was about 4 months old. He loves going on adventures with these guys and the rest of the pups they care for, he comes back after a long day TIRED AF which makes him easier to care for at the end of my day. Rick is fantastic! He's been walking my 60-pound, energetic dog for the past few months, and my dog absolutely ADORES him. When we had unexpected, very last-minute travel come up, Rick was super gracious and responsive to my boarding request. In comparison, the other open pet boarders didn't pick up their phones or outright said it was too late. Willa has some quirks and anxiety issues, but as soon as she hears them coming down the hallway she's jumping up and down with excitement! Nate and Rick are super responsive, accommodating, and have watched Willa many times when I've had to travel for work. Rick and Nate are the best!!! 3 months ago I saw Rick interacting with my neighbors dog, he was fantastic! I asked him about his services, and next day Rick and Nate visited my house to meet Oreo. We started with daily 1 hour walks, but Oreo enjoys so much spending time with them that now she is going for pack walks (3 hours). Oreo has some health issues that require daily medication and some extra care. This is not an easy task since oreo hates her medicines. Rick and Nate have an incredible amount of patience and keep me updated on how she is doing.
