TLDR: Poor communication, never confirmed feeding instructions for our dog, never got our prescription wet food back, and I felt an overall concern for the safety of my dog while in their care. We brought our foster dog to Pet Camp in hopes of helping build his confidence but ended up being super disappointed and confused during the whole experience and felt that Pet Camp really failed him. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Scheduling the appointment wasn't too hard, they said they'd reach out to me via phone to finish our profile for our dog. We set up a time and they did not reach out, like they said, but I was able to call them the following day and finish setting up the profile.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] For his first day, we included a bag with his prescription grade wet and dry food- along with a couple toys, an article of clothing for smelling etc.- these were all things that we were asked to bring but when my partner went to drop him off, Pet Camp thought he was being boarded "because of all the stuff he has" (??). Pick up went smooth but when we got home we realized they did not pack his wet food back into his bag, which we thought was strange since the can was brand new. After talking to my partner, we also realized that no one had confirmed with either of us how much our dog was supposed to be fed per meal!! We had to call the next morning and check in on both of these things since we had planned to bring him back that day.... [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were apologetic about not checking in on his portion sizes and confirmed how much they fed him, which wasn't far off. They also said they will keep the wet food in the fridge, if the dog is coming back the next day...all of that seemed good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we went to pick up our dog after the second day, we let them know we would not be scheduling him for another session at that time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When we got home, we realized we were charged a different price than the day before. It turns out they stuck our dog in the most expensive group, which is allowing him (a 10lb tiny chiweenie) to hang out with all of the big and small dogs outside for the entire day, with only an hour inside to eat and nap. Our dog is a timid tiny dog and the package that was chosen for him at the beginning was partial outside and partial 1:1 time with a councilor. This was very different and not what he needed or wanted. Another thing we noticed was, of course, no wet food was brought back on the second day (even after we confirmed that he will not be returning). We now need to wait for a new prescription from his vet to get another refill on his food since that was his last can. When we called Pet Camp later that day to figure out why we were charged extra, we learned about them putting him in the other group and were not offered any sort of refund of the difference or real explanation as to why they made this choice. We were just told they were sorry and he had "fun playing all day". [[HIGHLIGHT]]Too many basic communication issues and I don't feel safe leaving my dog here. Pet Camp is our go-to boarding facility for Toffee when we're going to be away overnight. I bought the 20 pack Backcountry package after bringing my dog to try it out for a day and because the location of Pet Camp on 3rd street was good with my work commute. Initially my dog seemed to really enjoy Pet Camp but over time my dog started to not want to get buzzed into the doors at the camp. I asked the staff what was going on and they mentioned that maybe my dog was anxious because he was in his private space most of the day due to his lack of boundaries with some of the other dogs. I said that's reasonable to separate him but asked why they never mentioned it so we could work on his issue and they just shrugged their shoulders. I typically picked my dog up after 5 pm but after knowing he was likely separated from the other dogs all day I came to pick up my dog early at 3:30 on a cold day. Assuming he wasn't in time out, he should have been in the Savanah with the other dogs until 5 pm. I parked near the Savanah but there were no dogs in the Savanah. The gate was closed which gives the dogs access to the Savanah. I asked the operations manger Michelle, who was working the front desk that afternoon, where my dog was and she said the Savanah. I said are you sure? 'Yes' she said. She didn't actually check if he was in the Savanah. Just a firm 'yes'. I pressed on and said, I didn't see any dogs back there. She started giving random excuses, didn't check with any staff and was adamant all the dogs were back there. I stopped pressing because she was getting irritated and I knew she wasn't being truthful. That was the last time I brought my dog to pet camp and I was just glad I got him out of a place that cares about money more than animals. After realizing the operations manager Michelle was a bold face liar I thought back on all the red flags I ignored: my dog being unusually thirsty after I'd pick him up, pet camp not returning my dog's food after each stay, watching a person complain to the front desk about pet camp losing their dogs medications during boarding, listening to a camp counselor scream at a golden retriever through the fence because it wouldn't come, and naively thinking that a single camp counselor could manager 40-50 dogs in the Savanah. I understand other people may have different experiences but there are numerous other day camps in SF and the Bay Area that are smaller, less like a corporation and have reputable management that will truly care about your pet. read more

My dog, Cleo, has been coming here for boarding for about 3 years now and we've been super happy the whole time! Cleo struggles with separation anxiety and general shyness but she does great at Pet Camp. Their open meadow is just the right size for her to be outside with the other dogs but still have her own personal space bubble. The counselors are friendly (we've run into a counselor in public and Cleo got excited), check-in and check-out are seamless, and Cleo does what Cleo loves: sunbathing in the meadow. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I am not only saddened, I am appalled by what I've learned today. I first sent my pup to the main campus for the "back country" doggie daycare. Everything seemed to be fine at first, but since my pup was not yet neutered, he had a tendency to want to get a little too friendly with other dogs. Soon enough, I was told that he had to enter into their K9 Enrichment Program at the Ranger Station a couple blocks away. They told me that at the Enrichment program he'd be under complete 1-on-1 supervision the entire day and that he'd play throughout the day in groups. It is much more expensive than the current program I had signed him up for, so I figured it MUST be good. I was on board because I needed a solution for daycare while I was at work and this sounded like a great option. I want to make mention that I had explained to them that he does not like to be alone (hence doggie daycare), AND I had NEVER put him in a crate. This had been explained to multiple staff who all said they "took note." After switching him to their Enrichment program multiple daycare sessions went by and I noticed that he had open skin lesions on top of his nose, under his chin and bilaterally on his elbows. I asked MULTIPLE staff about the lesions and not one said they knew how he had gotten them. One stated that perhaps he was rubbing his nose on one of the enclosures that had him in for a little while. I even had to take him to the vet to acquire topical antibiotics and oral steroids for the elbow lesions. Yet, I continued to take him back to the Ranger Station for the Enrichment program, as I needed to go to the office for work and wanted to ensure he was taken care of throughout the day. In addition to the skin lesions, I started to notice that every time I picked him up, he was EXTREMELY thirsty because he would race to his water bowl the moment we got home and he'd lap up every last drop, even after a second refill in the bowl. I finally started to bring water when I picked him up to make sure the staff saw how thirsty he was every time i picked him up. I asked the staff about this as well, but they all assured me that he had access to water throughout the day. TODAY - I finally pushed one of the staff a bit more about how his day was structured. I found out that during a 9-9.5 hour day, he only has 3- 20min "play sessions" and the rest of the day is spent in a CRATE!!!! ALONE!!! That means, my poor pup is literally stressing out in a crate that he is not accustomed to for 8.5 hours daily. He only has these short opportunities to get playtime, to go potty, and to drink water... this feels and seems quite inhumane to me. I am not only mortified at the lack of transparency of this establishment, but I am also saddened by the fact that I was finagled into paying exorbitant amounts of money to just put my pup into a crate the whole day. I'd LOVE to understand what the extra $$ I am paying for is going to?! I will NOT be bringing my pup back to this so-called "camp." read more

I left my dog with PetCamp for around 10 days while I was on vacation. This was his second time at pet camp. Originally, I was very excited about their k9 enrichment program. Since my dog doesn't do well with others, I thought this would be a perfect boarding program. Unfortunately I can away extremely underwhelmed with their services, concerned with their safety, and annoyed with their greed. Their k9 enrichment program appears to be one of the best for dogs that don't do well with other dogs. However, I have no idea what activities my dog participated in while he was staying there. They told me that I could call and ask for pictures or updates whenever I wanted, and said that pictures of dogs will appear on their website. Anytime I did call, I was put on long holds and given minimal information on my dog ("He's doing fine" "Nothing bad to report"). He also didn't show up on any of their website's pictures for his first stay. To make this up to me on my second stay, they said they would do a complimentary "picture package". For context, a picture package is usually $30 (!!!) extra per day for 3 photos and 1 video of your dog guaranteed. When I received the pictures and video for the 1 day of complimentary picture package, they were terrible. It was 3 pictures obviously taken in quick sequence, and a 3 second video of my dog. Even though it was complimentary, I expect much more from a service that is an extra $30 per day for that on top of the $100+ it costs per day to keep your dog at k9 enrichment. For the remainder of his stay at petcamp, I would call and ask that they try their best to get my dog onto their website's photos. Of his around 13 total days spent at pet camp, he showed up on their website 2 days. For safety: Both times that I left my dog here, he returned with cuts on the top of his nose. The first time, they guessed that he was rubbing his nose under a fence, but didn't know what the real cause was. The second time, I called and asked about it. They said they would ask the employees and call me back. I never received a call back. Also, both times he has stayed there, he has been absolutely desperate to use the bathroom and drink water after I picked him up. I question how often he gets to do both. Their facilities seem great and the k9 enrichment program has potential to be a great and unique solution for SF dog owners. However, their lack of transparency and communication make it hard for me to trust them with regards to my dogs care. For now, I will have to look elsewhere when boarding is needed. read more

I really really wanted to like this place but I won't ever bring my dog back here. We picked up my dog and as soon as we got home he started throwing up. He's thrown up so many times since. The things he's thrown up are chunks that don't look like any of the food/treats I've given him. I called them to see if they fed him outside of what I provided at drop off. Jessica checked with the back so who said they didn't feed him anything today and he's been fine the last few days except they noticed he threw up a part of his greenie. I asked if they fed him their provided food & she said no but the vomit is telling me otherwise! My dogs food isn't chunky bits, there's residue of what almost looks like nuts! Someone is lying to me because we didn't feed him anything since being in their care. Also, make sure you're checking the itemized receipt. The lady at drop off told me as a first time client I won't get charged until after I pick up my dog, a few minutes later tried to charge me $400, refunded that, then charged me a different price from the estimate, and then when I asked for a breakdown at pickup they had a hard time explaining the charges. The lady even tried to tell me they gave me a discount. Yes they eventually refunded me $75 but again it still doesn't add up. So be careful of the extra charges & ask for a breakdown! They said tax is already included so it doesn't make sense. Again, I really want to like this place but I should've listened to the warnings. Someone isn't telling me the truth about what my dog ate under their care. I'm writing this review to make sure people are cautious about where they bring their dog. read more

Our family dog died under Pet Camp care. Our beautiful Shepard mix, Louie, had been going to Pet Camp for about two years, and as far as we could tell, he enjoyed his time there. We also liked to use the Pet Camp Express bus for drop off and pick up since we have busy schedules. However, in July there was a terrible mishap. The staff had not properly outfitted him with an identification collar and the driver of the van mistook him for another dog. He was dropped off in the garage of the wrong house and when the garage was opened he was terrified and fled onto the freeway where he was killed. I know the staff at Pet Camp feels terrible and they were very nice in the wake of his death sending us flowers, video remembrances, and a card, but we felt that it would be disrespectful to Louie's memory for this incident to go unreported. We hope that they have improved their safety procedures to make sure this doesn't happen again. I'm wondering if they're not taking her out to use the bathroom when she's crated? Another thing we notice is that she has diarrhea after her visits, and she visits 2-3 times a week. My dog came back from her 4-day stay at Pet Camp with a surprise wound on her back leg. I called to ask about it since they told me at pick up all was fine during her stay. When I finally got in touch with someone, I was told this scratch was noted but not entered into her file, which was why no one told me anything (a "communication error" apparently). As it is a relatively minor injury, what concerns me the most about this whole incident is that Pet Camp did not bother to investigate what caused the injury until I called them to ask. Whoever discovered the scratch did not care enough to look into it at all (even though it was significant enough to warrant treatment at the facility). This tells me how little the counselors actually care about my dog's wellbeing. I do not feel she was well-cared for during her stay. I am told based on what they have pieced together after the fact, it must have happened during a "consensual" group play session with an unidentified puppy since "puppies tend to have sharp nails." I was at a loss with my adopted dog, Mia. She was the sweetest girl to humans but reactive to other dogs. I went through the pre-boarding consultation during the process of deciding whether or not to board our dog here. It was a really interesting call and experience. The reservation specialist was kind, but towards the end of the call I surfaced the countless one-star reviews and my concerns. She did not to dig deeper to understand my concerns and when I addressed the sheer number of concerning reviews she reiterated that they're offering 50% off - which seems to be a way to generate new business as a result of the concerning feedback. The fact that a discount was pushed as opposed to speaking the the integrity of their business and practices was a flag for me. Been having my dog stay with them for awhile. When we first started out he loved going and would get excited when he saw where we were, after a while he started to shake and whine every time we were in the lobby. Recently requested a reservation to board him over night because we were going out of town. After having an APPROVED reservation, I show up and he is denied because of a outdated vaccination by 4 days. Don't approve something and lead someone to believe they can stay if they can't. When I first brought my dog, Teddy, here I was pretty happy with their service. Jessica at the front desk was lovely and even showed me videos of Teddy playing with two other dogs when we picked him up after his first day. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. On the day of his 4th visit, when I got home I noticed Teddy had two puncture wounds above his eyes. I notified them immediately and upon discussing it with Michelle and McKenzie the next day, I was told that: "no incident occurred and nothing noticeable happened." They said it was possible that it came from rough play. I have experience working in this industry before and have observed dogs that play rough. There has never been an incident where rough play resulted in this type of injury. It is not a scratch from tumbling, it is a puncture wound. I am not an unreasonable person and I understand that accidents happen, but I was provided with absolutely no explanation of what occurred. They claim that the dogs are monitored very closely, but that clearly wasn't the case. And to top it all off, Teddy also got kennel cough. I asked if there had been a recent outbreak, and the answer I received was no. Fine, I didn't push it. But I had just told them that Teddy has kennel cough (confirmed by a veterinarian) and given their track record, I highly doubt they told their other customers that a dog that recently attended their daycare is now exhibiting kennel cough symptoms. This would have been different if I was provided with an explanation of what had occurred and actions they were going to take to remedy the situation. I expected the staff to be able to adequately care for Teddy, but that did not happen. I do not recommend Pet Camp as a safe daycare facility for dogs. read more

I really wanted to like this place. I don't even want to write this review but I think it's important. The good: The staff is friendly and it's affordable for the area. They have a nice space and my dog got a groom that looks great. My dog looked like she was having fun in the photos on their website and she is home with me now. The bad (from bad to worst): When I dropped off my dog, the staff seemed confused by my dogs feeding routine. I didn't really care since she will graze on whatever amount they give her and she'll be fine for the week. During the week I called to see how she was and they said she wasn't eating that much. I didn't really get worried because she eats very little for her size typically so as long as she has the food, she will be fine. When I picked her up, they gave me back zero food and claimed she ate it all. I've never seen her finish even half of her food two days in a row, and I'm supposed to believe she ate all her food on all 7 days? After they told me that she wasn't eating? I don't really care about the food, I just hope it didn't go on the trash because there are starving dogs out there! She's coughing. Kennel Cough? I don't know but she's young-ish and has had colds before and she will be fine but a little communication would have been nice. Now for the important part, when I got home, I noticed they gave me all of her medicine back. I only gave them 28 pills (she takes 4 a day and was there for 7 days). So she didn't get her medicine ANY day for a whole week. For her it's not life-or-death but I know for some animals it is so it's important to be on top of that as a business that takes care of animals. LASTLY, she has been throwing up since she got home. I've had her since 9am and it is now midnight and I'm sitting awake with her trying to decide if she needs to go to the emergency clinic. I paid extra for a thanksgiving meal for her but that was 48 hours ago now. The vomit doesn't look like her food so I don't know what she ate or was fed. Was she throwing up while there and they didn't tell me? Or is the vomit I've seen all of it? I don't know. She's keeping water down so I'm hoping it's just stress. Wish her luck. read more

Our dog died under their care. We boarded both of our dogs. While we went to a Lake Tahoe. The day our dog died, We were provided photos of our dog during daytime play. It was a hot day and I noticed he had a really foamy mouth. I thought well im sure he will drink some water and he fine. I received a phone call that night that one of our dogs was found dead next to his brother. I drove there and they had a mistaken identification on my dogs and told me the wrong one died. I cried twice and I mourned twice. I was devastated. My dog was two years old. They paid for the necropsy. The necropsy revealed he had a heart condition but that was not the sole cause of death. They could not determine what caused the stress that then triggered his heart to fail. I will say now that I suspect it was heat exhaustion or heat stroke. When I asked for the video of the day, they said it was not working. It was working fine the day before. I wanted to file a complaint with ACC but the owner of pet camp is the head of ACC so of course with that conflict of interest I knew it would go no where. I miss my dog. I hate that he died stressed. I hate that his brother saw him die. I wish someone on the staff had noticed the thick white foam that covered his entire mouth. Several of their past employees called me and told me that deaths at their facility happens regularly. Local vet office told me they also receive a lot injuries and deaths from their camp. I tried to find a lawyer but no one took my case because dogs are considered "property" Very sad. A true loss for my family. I encourage anyone who takes their dog there to ensure camera are working and you could see your fur babies throughout the day. This incident happened a few years ago. The vet clearly notes that: "Given history of being at boarding, I'm most suspicious this is due to increased activity levels on a new surface." I was in a tough spot in between jobs and needed to find a place to watch my 2 kids while I worked. After days of searching and visiting different day cares around the bay area, I finally settled on Pet Camp because the workers automatically clicked with my pups who are super picky around strangers. Huskies are big babies and everyone at Pet Camp knew how to handle them. Upon picking them up at the end of the day, my pups would be exhausted and they couldn't wait to go back to camp the next day! They got wet, sandy, muddy, got bathed, got groomed, it was great! Pet Camp was a lifesaver! Can you see how tired my pups are and the big mess they created in my car? lol read more

Wow! My dog, Louie, had such a great first time at Pet Camp. The minute I stepped in the door to drop Louie off, I knew it was going to be great. What a special place. Loved seeing the pictures each day. It's clear the dogs have a blast and are well cared for. Louie got to do what he loves most, play, play, play. When we picked him up he seemed happy to see us but I'm sure would've happily gone back in to play some more ; ) So glad to know Pet Camp is here when we need to board our active, friendly, big pup. First time I left my pandemic pup at PetCamp for two nights with grooming, thinking an outdoor space might be better for her. I board my pup at least once a week -- when she came home from PetCamp however, she had lost her voice and was incredibly irritable. I didn't find the source of her irrational until I was cleaning her paws at night. It became very apparent that the groomer had very careless cut a portion of the quick off of her front left dewclaw. I left PetCamp very strongly-worded text messages the night of to which they responded over phone, with malicious misunderstanding, that cutting into the quick was very common at grooming saloons and they often used ointments to stop the bleeding (not applied). The rep also attributed my pups voice lost to her being part husky, which has never happened before. TLDR: look at the pics, cutting off a portion of the quick is very very painful, my pup screamed until she lost her voice -- I'm unsure if I am more mad at myself for not reading all the reviews regarding their trending carelessness or the fact that my pup had to suffer through so much. Its just my pup and me in the world and I try to give her the best that I can afford, if you are the same -- skip PetCamp. read more

I honestly don't know what we would have done without PetCamp during the pandemic. It was such a Godsend to not have Monty suffer the isolation and lack of connection that he otherwise would have during lockdown. PetCamp continues to hire people that are so kind to our dog and he comes home exhausted and happy - that takes a load off of us. He's big, high energy and needy: PetCamp days are vacation days for the rest of us that live in Monty's house. He plays at Backcountry and the dirtiest days are the best days. He sometimes is literally too tired to eat when he first gets home. We love the advent of camper drop off and pickup (first and last hour of operation) that started during quarantine. Especially when I am either in my pajamas or running late, not having to get out of the car is a nice bonus. read more

Maggie loves coming to pet camp! I wish I could afford to bring her several times a week - not that I need to with Covid WFH, but because she loves other dogs and has so much more fun there than listening to me take my hundredth zoom call. Everyone has been kind. Maggie did the camper cadet program with Mackenzie (she was adopted from Turkey and knew nothing beforehand) and now knows sit and down and has decent leash manners, the program very much helped. Additionally, she got a bloody nail one day but the staff was extremely communicative about what happened and helped take great care of her and she was good as new. We love pet camp!!! They make having a dog in SF so easy. Our dog Marlowe usually goes ~1x per week for daycare (K9 Enrichment - highly recommended due to the amazing staff) and also stays overnight when we travel. When we pick him up and try to take him to the car, he immediately turns around and tries to go back in, which tells us he loves it too. Due to some early signs of hip dysplasia, we've opted not to neuter him until he turns 2. Pet Camp is flexible enough to set up programs where he can go intact. They match him up with playmates so he still gets tons of exercise and mental stimulation. He comes home exhausted and happy. read more

We just started using Pet Camp for boarding and day care our 6 month old puppy and we're really happy with them! It's on the pricey side, but they provide really individualized care for our pup and his specific needs - it's worth it for us. We choose to go with the enrichment program and VIP so our pup, Macaroni, can really learn and grow while he stays there. Our pup stayed at Pet Camp for 6 nights recently and they did a great job with him, he seems to really like it there and was happy and healthy when we picked him up. They were so sweet when I called to check on him each day, always going out of their way to let me know something specific he did or was doing that day. I would like to take potential clients through every agonizing detail of our experience, but I will do my best to keep this brief. We have a 9 month old OES named Bennie the Jet, he was 6 months when we left him with Pet Camp and we're very fortunate that he made it past that experience. Admittedly, Bennie had some separation anxiety issues. We were going on a rare family trip and our friend/sitter who was going to care for him had to cancel last minute. We called Pet Camp very clearly sharing Bennie's needs. Despite being a little tough to get a hold of, they assured us this type of anxiety was totally normal and when left at a boarding facility, dogs make friends, settle in and are generally happy. We were also told there were overnight staff to look after the animals and we would hear if there were any issues. When we dropped Bennie, we asked to check out the facility (drop-in tours are advertised on the site). It took them about 45 minutes to check Bennie in and find someone who was available to briefly tour the facility. We emphasized again our concern around his anxiety and we were eased. The staffer who gave us our tour was quite lovely. Two days later we received a call letting us know Bennie was running a high fever and we were encouraged to contact our vet to admit him. Pet Camp did offer to transport. When Bennie arrived at the vet, he had a 104 degree fever, was in hypovolemic shock, had double pneumonia (a real thing), and according to the vet, was covered in urine and feces. He was near death. We came to believe that he likely had an anxiety issue in his pen overnight. Pet Camp confirmed, but they also informed us that the overnight staffer was really there for absolute emergencies, not necessarily to intervene effectively in situations like this. Bennie did not seem to be an emergency until his condition progressed. Over the next 36 hours, we wept and panicked from across the country as we wondered if our puppy was going to live (the docs gave no guarantees) and racked up a $10,000 vet bill. I did have what I would consider a constructive conversation with a manager who showed deep care for Ben and our plight, which is part of why it took me so long to write a negative review. When I got home I dug deeper into online reviews. While pet camp's star rating is high, there are multiple instances of deaths, severe illnesses and one or two of outright neglect and mismanagement. One, where a dog was dropped at the wrong home and panicked, ran into a highway and was killed, Pet Camp openly admitted to and apologized for. I wish I had dug this deeply before leaving Ben. We are grateful to the staffers who did the right thing to help Ben once he was sick. We also believe he was a fringe case. However, after our experience, we can't help but believe that while there are kind people who love animals at Pet Camp, the facility struggles with understaffing and organizational issues. We love our pets and oversights shouldn't cost them their lives. Finally, in searching through reviews, I've noticed Mark, the owner, gives very measured responses, sometimes framing unhappy clients as unreasonable. Don't do that here Mark. Bennie nearly died at your facility and we didn't receive so much as a phone call from you. In addition, $10,000 is a very impactful amount of money for us. I can't help but believe that events like this are somewhat normalized to you if our puppy's life hanging in the balance after care at your facility didn't merit contact. I can't express how angry I feel when I compare that to your pointed efforts to save face in a public forum. I can't believe I am just writing a review! I adopted my german shepherd pup, Snax about 3 years ago and tried taking her to various doggie day cares. Her anxiety and over stimulated play needed special attention and wasn't a good fit for most all day play day care facilities. It was recommended to try Pet Camp. Snax was weary at first but quickly connected with one of the counselors, Ruthy. It was as if rainbows started sprouting around me and Disney songs were playing in the background. Ruthy is AMAZING. She was very hands on and gave me insight on Snax's needs and things she could work on. Snax has been more comfortable around strangers and still is on the fence with meeting new dogs, but I (if you could use :bold: in yelp, "I" would be in :BOLD: ) am now trained to see that. The counselors help you as much as they care for your dogs. Their guidance and passion for the love & welfare of animals is obvious in every counselor there. Not only that, Pet Camp also helped me adopt another gsd, Chase, that was in need to be re-homed. Pet Camp counselors McKenzie & Jessica was so supportive and made the transition seamless. It's like Chase has always been "chasing" Snax... I couldn't be happier with my "little" furry family. I can't say enough great things about Pet Camp. Out dog, Mazi, loves Pet Camp. the drop offs are very easy. The staff takes excellent care of her. She enjoys her time with the other dogs and comes home exhausted and happy. We feel zero guilt leaving her there when we have to travel without her. We've tried other boarding alternatives but like Pet Camp the most. I recommend you try it next time you have to board you canine family members. read more
