I wish I can write without any star for today, However I visit this place its called SG-Smog in Vallejo. Today as usual I entered the main office door it was more then 3 People there sitting watching TV. I waited then I tried to open the other door to see if the owner was there I didn't enter just opened and looked.Suddenly a person name Michael or something working there and he came to me with angry face and strong attitude shut the door to my face and used Profanity at me. Instead doing what he did he can ask me nicely and professionally that I cant open this door it will be way better. on my way out I told the guy that was not good what he just did that I almost got hurt. He said to me get out bye-bye using f-w. I walked away I just don't want to have any issue with this man due to the business owner he is my friend and I had doing business with him more then 7 years we never have or had any issue in the past. First time it happened with the same person he didn't pass my smog because he does not want to have my car passed not because my car have issues .The same minute I went to another place my car was passed right a way.I informed the business owner about this man what he did. He didn't do nothing about it he still have this person working there. I will NEVER recommend anyone of my customers or any one I know do business with SG-SMOG unless SG-Smog clean up the mess he got in his business!! read more

This review is not for service I received because I was VERY much put off at the lack of awareness here. When I drove up a young lady was standing there and she yelled something I couldn't understand. She had on no mask. She try yelled again to just park. So I did still not knowing what to do. I then looked and noticed a medical ambulance driver drive in wearing no mask and not 6 feet from the attendant. I got out and stood (far away but you could still see me) in disbelief. No acknowledgement but he was right up on her and she was right upon him, both mask less with droplets spewing!!!! I then got back into my car and left. So your business doesn't take Covid seriously and anyone reading my post should know that. I have found the best smog place in Vallejo. Located on Couch St. There are 2 other smog places in the vicinity. SG is very clean. They have great customer service and the price is the lowest. Needed a quick smog inspection for DMV. These come I think every two years so it's good to know where to go especially if you have multiple cars. I went looking in the Vallejo area and found this place on Yelp. My wife called and the lady behind the phone was very nice. She instantly offered us a phone in offer for $40 for the STAR certified smog check. We drove into their lot, and they share it with a car detail business. The same lady that was on the phone greeted us and was very nice and gave us the same offer she quoted. I handed her the keys and she gave me some paperwork to fill out. Next thing you know she was in my car driving it inside the garage! She did it all!! Lol. After she was done with the inspection, I paid and she gave me back the keys to my car.
