Super friendly and fast service! I came by Smog King on a Friday morning. The two gentlemen came out and one said they would pull my car up to the stall. One of them walked me to the main office and waiting area. I paid for the smog service in less than 3 mins. I was asked to wait in the waiting area until the Smog was finished. The waiting area is very cute with all the decor and model cars. There is also a restroom available in the waiting area. The entire process took less than 20 minutes. I've been using these guys for a while now and they never disappoint me. A plus service, business and customer service is on Point. They are fast.even if there people ahead of you they are aware and get the job done. It's $72 for your certificate and if it fails I think they said $65. They are STAR certified. I needed Star this time around. So I was Happy they were. Both guys very personable. Daniel is sweet and makes you feel at ease. Fast and efficient. Went here on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to get me in right away. Price is fair, even better with the coupon but make sure you follow the instructions in their website and print out the coupon. I was in and out quickly. I have been going to this spot to get an easy and fast smog check for years. I never had to print out a coupon for the smog test deal before, but when I asked about it being applied today from my phone I was denied the deal. Paid $70 but I could have paid only $50. I'll try some other place next time since I feel like other places are cheaper down the street. Update: The total I paid out the door was $60 (coupon and credit card fee applied) AFTER the owner saw I wrote a review at the time I was waiting for the service to be done. I was quoted to pay $70 in total (certificate and credit card fee applied) before the services were done. So I guess the pettiness was not worth the $10 discount since the owner did not want to give it in the first place. I am writing this update at the time of arrival to my home. I did go online to try and "print" the coupon. For any future customers, if you would like to "print" the coupon, you must use the snippet tool on your desktop since there is not direct link to a PDF of the coupon. In my opinion, this makes it difficult for customers to present a coupon and would just give up on attempting to print. read more

Been going to this place for over 10 years. Was pretty happy with it until today. Bad customer service was the deal today. Smog had an issue and wouldn't finish and instead of charging full price of $90 he said he would cut me a break and only charge me $70. How about no charge since it was never completed...... Then said to bring it back next week and only charge me $50 for it. That's $120 for a $90 item. Not my fault the machine didn't work properly. Then I complained to the second guy and he didn't seem to give a damn. You just lost a long time customer over a measly ass $70. Educate yourselves about business and realize keeping customers happy is worth a lot more than getting over on them just once. read more

Every two years when I need a smog I come to this location. They take walk ins and depending on the day they usually aren't too busy. Im usually in and out within 35-45 minutes. I can't explain how easy Smog king made getting my smog done. when I pulled up they immediately attended to me and quickly got started on my car! they were so quick and speedy. Guys don't know anything about customer service, or how to properly smog a vehicle. Failed a vehicle over California LEGAL parts. They WILL NOT admit when they are WRONG. Their customers say these guys are "idiots". No refund either for not knowing what they're doing. The staff on this place made a mistake and left their scope tool on my windshield and they closed it and cracked my windshield with a small crack I am 100% sure I drove the car prior to the inspection and the windshield was not cracked Staff was very difficult to deal with and threatened me on calling the police. Not Even a fix for the crack or a refund or the service. I believe the place does good the inspections but terrible way to fix a issue with a customer. There are two kind gentlemen there that manage the operation and they can't even see straight! They say that they see smoke, when there absolutely unequivocally is not. That i have been here many times. He found my info on their computer. Brought me out some papers to sign. It was twice the price as i paid before. Showed him a coupon fo 79.75 the pipsqueek says it only applies to light duty trucks. He proceeded to show me that it is in fact a light duty still would not honor the coupon saying they had to use a different machine/ it was too much work.
