I did not feel rushed, and the food came out in decent time as well. I had the lamb Roganjosh and some curried vegetables with some papadum. The lamb was tender and not stringy. The gamy flavor was too strong to be suitable for this simple and delicate steamed dumpling style. And a bit oily. We also had the following dumplings: 21 Pork and cabbage (pan fried) 27 Shrimp and cabbage (pan fried) Both looked nice with beautiful fried wing. But the dumpling itself was dry and bland.
