I definitely left the class wanting more and feeling like/knowing I still had to work out that night. The instructor was nice but the whole experience was dry AF. Ohhh bring your grip socks so you don't pay $16+ for a pair here.

BEWARE of Club Pilates' Cancellation Policy -- Especially Waldorf Location…read more I am posting this to strongly warn anyone considering a membership at Club Pilates, Waldorf. Their cancellation policy is one of the most unreasonable and customer-unfriendly policies I have ever encountered. Even after freezing my account and submitting the required cancellation form, they still charged me additional fees and hid behind "policy" instead of doing the right thing. They make it extremely difficult to end your membership, and it becomes very clear that once they have your credit card, their priority is your money -- not your satisfaction, circumstances, or fairness. What should be a simple, respectful business process is turned into a frustrating runaround designed to squeeze out extra payments. If you value transparency, integrity, and basic customer service, think twice before signing anything with Club Pilates. Their policies are rigid, punitive, and absolutely not in the best interest of members. I truly wish someone had warned me -- so I'm warning you now. Proceed with caution.

The kids still have fun but they are learning technique here. I also like how Debbie (I think that is her name) sometimes comes out and give parents feedback on how their child is doing. Another thing that I like about her is she remembers names very well. Might be a small thing to other parents but it's big to me. She remembered my daughter's name every class and that makes me feel like my child isn't another number. The studio is a bit small though. When they did family day I had to sit on the dance floor which was very uncomfortable, maybe because I don't have much fat on my booty. Another thing I wished this studio did was let the 4 year olds put a show or include them in the Nutcracker show. Overall, great studio and definitely would recommend other families.

The pool and sauna is what sets them apart from other gyms. With those not working, I can go to that other gym and pay only $10.00 a month. I'm paying extra money for nothing extra. The crowd is very slow, quiet and machines are available to hen we come early enough. We have come later than our desired time a few times, it's more crowded and less machines readily available. I appreciate all of the sanitation stations placed around the gym. I enjoy the friendly staff. They so am as we enter and as we leave each time. I have also been able to get some assistance in machine and workout suggestions when I've inquired at the front counter.

If this policy remains in place, I'm seriously considering switching to another gym that better accommodates members' practical needs. My bag is very small, and I've been using it responsibly on the gym floor for over four years without issue. Many members don't want to place their personal belongings directly on the floor, and forcing people to leave items elsewhere can actually create more clutter when belongings are spread out around equipment. A small, designated bag area near workout stations or allowing compact bags would be a much more reasonable solution. Planet Fitness has always promoted convenience and accessibility, so this policy feels unnecessarily restrictive for members who are simply trying to keep their workout essentials organized and SANITARY
