I definitely left the class wanting more and feeling like/knowing I still had to work out that night. The instructor was nice but the whole experience was dry AF. Ohhh bring your grip socks so you don't pay $16+ for a pair here.

BEWARE of Club Pilates' Cancellation Policy -- Especially Waldorf Location…read more I am posting this to strongly warn anyone considering a membership at Club Pilates, Waldorf. Their cancellation policy is one of the most unreasonable and customer-unfriendly policies I have ever encountered. Even after freezing my account and submitting the required cancellation form, they still charged me additional fees and hid behind "policy" instead of doing the right thing. They make it extremely difficult to end your membership, and it becomes very clear that once they have your credit card, their priority is your money -- not your satisfaction, circumstances, or fairness. What should be a simple, respectful business process is turned into a frustrating runaround designed to squeeze out extra payments. If you value transparency, integrity, and basic customer service, think twice before signing anything with Club Pilates. Their policies are rigid, punitive, and absolutely not in the best interest of members. I truly wish someone had warned me -- so I'm warning you now. Proceed with caution.

To add insult to injury, now the sauna is broken, and it has been "down for repairs" for about 2 weeks now. This LA Fitness location is the worse I've ever experienced. The pool and sauna is what sets them apart from other gyms. With those not working, I can go to that other gym and pay only $10.00 a month. I'm paying extra money for nothing extra. That concept makes no sense!

They should be more concerned about the broken equipment, molded and musky smells and roaches in the locker rooms. Stay away from this place.
