Not only did Chip arrive under 30 minutes, he checked in regularly to make sure I knew that he was on his way. He also made sure that I was safe each time that I spoke to him. Once there, he had the car loaded and on its way to the repair shop in only a few minutes. Chip then called me later to make sure that I knew the car had arrived ant the repair shop and also to make sure that I didn't need any further assistance. I highly recommend this company and would absolutely use them in the future. A big thank you to Chip for making a hectic morning go a lot smoother!

I wanted to get someone I could trust to treat me right and do a good job. Impressed right from the start. They said they would show up in 30 min and arrived in 25. The son of the owner was driving the truck. He could have given me a hard time or made fun of what I did but instead he was very friendly, very professional, and demonstrated quickly how good he is at what he does. Taking his time to get things right and used exceptional care, he made short work of getting my truck to a safe location. He caused no additional damage although I was certain it would be difficult not to. The price to save my truck was more than fair. See the picture, $150 - tow, $65 admin fee, $45 clean up, $75 winching. SERIOUSLY??? I understand the tow, but all the rest is BS!!! 2). My daughter was never told there would be a storage charge. She actually bought her car from the lot associated with the business. And they let her sell her old car from that same lot and never charged her any storage charge. 3) RUDE with an attitude like they just don't give a s*it. ("It was your responsibility to call us". "Did you think we'd just store it for free". "That's just the going rate". WTF!!! I would give 0 stars if possible!!! My daughter was in an accident in her old Jeep less than 5 miles from the shop. The car was badly damaged and had to be towed. She had a severe concussion as a result. While EMS was helping her, the car was towed to Rick Worley and Son (of a bi-itch). This was a Thursday and Monday when we called we were told the repairs would cost more than the vehicle was worth. THAT WAS FINE and anticipated. BUT we were told then we owed the towing fee ($335!!!) and storage fees of $35 per day!!! Again, WTF!!! By Thursday we find our best option is to just scrap the vehicle, but now we owe $580. AND then I'm told we can just sign the vehicle over to them to cover the bill, which is what we ended up doing. STAY AWAY from this place!!!

Normally, this would be an easy fix for him, but in his current medical/physical condition it was not. I called Prime Repair going on their 5-star reviews, and they said they would be there in 30 minutes. When they arrived the technician noticed that two other tires were bulging at the sidewalls and could blow as well. The tires were less than 2-years old and Michelins, far from the 60,000 mile guarantee. They gave us a price for 4 new tires, and we went with them. The technician made two trips back/forth from the initial visit. New tires, excellent service and thankful they were there for us all in the oncology parking lot. Sidenote: Just a few weeks ago our kids (and "soon arriving" grandbaby) were visiting from out of state, they took the truck to Viriginia for a day trip. We cannot be thanking God enough for their safety, as not realizing the tires were definitely defective. Not to mention my husbands 25 mile drive to oncology yesterday. They charged me $1200 to tow that car 4.1 miles. This is highway robbery. Wanted me to sign my title over to them to get the bill paid. They do not even have a body shop there and could not assess the damages. I had to have it towed somewhere else and pay that fee plus $25/day storage. There are lots more honest tow companies in Ringgold. Try Worley's or Advanced Collision but avoid this company unless you have money to throw away. You have a choice. Don't take whomever is in the rotation for kickbacks.
