I hired next day inspect to inspected the home but apparently they didn't. My kitchen ceiling is pouring water down from the bathtub from upstairs when somebody takes a bath. Next day inspect inspected the home on July 21 2026 and I closed out on the house on August 19th 2026 but I didn't come home until September 2nd 2026 to just find out that the home was in very poor condition. The biggest issue was my kitchen ceiling pouring water down like the cascade of Niagara. I purchased a $700,000 hundred thousand dollar home and I put next day inspect upfront to watch over my interest and trust them to make sure the home was livable. How come the first day I got home and I was having a beer in the kitchen while my wife took a shower upstairs water started pouring down my head. That's upsetting. But what it's more upsetting is that after I reported it to the people who apparently came to do the inspection they just think it's a game. They sent me letters saying I am sorry but we did our job and it's not our problem. I am very angry about this whole situation. There are $20,000 Thousand dollars worth of damage and all I get from this company next day inspect is a ignorance response. Well I am reaching out to the highest level of next day inspect to please contact me at 571 315 0199 to discuss this matter further. I am willing to spend another $15,000 or $20,000 thousand dollars in attorneys to bring these outrages issues to the extend of the law. If I hired a company to go inspect a home there shouldn't be water pouring from ceilings. Very unsatisfied and with a big expense to spend on repairs.

They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great.
