I requested a dash cover. Denise the site Mgr was kind and helpful. She called Luis to come to take measurements. This all happened within 3 hours of my initial contact. The product would be ready for pickup 2 days later. Unfortunately, the product pattern had been reversed so it didn't fit. Denise processed the return and I picked up the cover two days later. It fits perfectly. Denise and Luis are professional in all their interactions and get a 5 star rating. The other Shade Pro site in Quartizite is at Tyson Wells has a very different ethic. They are staffed by 4 people and could not contain their confusion about what the customer ahead of me was trying to explain regarding measurements of an awning. The woman that addressed me re: my dash cover was still involved in the awning discussion and while technically efficient in my transaction was distracted by the "awning issue". I ordered a dash cover at the end of January beginning of February said they were out of material after a month of waiting then I called April 23rd and they said it would be shipped within 5 to 7 days. I ordered my replacement slide out topper 3 weeks before our planned trip. I was concerned that this was short notice but their website stated "Fast Shipping, 95% of all vinyl orders ship within 48hrs". After the first week I checked my order on my account and noticed that it still said "processing". I called customer service and was informed that my order had indeed been fulfilled but their system will just always say "processing". The customer service representative said she needed to check on something with the shipping and would call me back. That call back never occurred. I then called again a few days later, this time I was given a shipping number and a website to track but was told it might not be updated yet as something seemed wrong in the system. I checked for a few more days with no update. I'm now 2 days away from leaving on our trip and once again called customer service when I was informed they think that it was lost or misplaced and would need to rebuild the order. I would think that a company of this size would be better at tracking orders, I will be finding a more reliable awning supplier in the future. read more

Worst customer service ever! Had an appointment for an estimate scheduled for a Saturday between 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. I planned my day and other appointments around their requested time frame. At 8:54 a.m. I received a voice mail stating, "I guess you missed your appointment, you didn't answer your phone so I moved you to Thursday." How do you miss an appointment three hours ahead of schedule??? I immediately called their customer service number, the gentleman said he would have the estimator/installer "immediately" call me back. That never happened. I called them Monday at 11:30 a.m. to try and work out the debacle and the woman who had originally made the appointment stated, "Oh, yeah, that happens."
