    All new! Looks great!

So we get to Campland and when we are setting up our awning it isn't cooperating. So we are both out there trying to figure it out when we notice it tearing. It ends up ripping about 1/3 of the way. So we ended up just cutting it off and calling Don at mobile RV Awnings. He came the next morning, said no problem. Took measurements, had us pick a color and gave us a fair price. Then 2 days later he came back with the fabric and had it installed in about an hour. It looks very durable and the install was quick and he didn't make a big mess for us. Then he fixed a lose arm and old linear. He even took the time to show us amateurs how to open and close the awning with some good tips!

Awning popped out when driving. They would not claim responsibility. Just bought the rv. Think they should stand behind their product.

He did a great job replacing my main awning and slide topper. Good price, too. I will definitely use him again.

These guys are professional scammers. Let these guys do electrical work at your own risk. Oscar put…read morethe parts behind him during installation and didn't show me, answered my questions regarding which parts are being replaced wi the vague answers, looked frustrated when I asked for specifics. I asked are you replacing the whole power center box or just the converter section? He told me the whole box. I asked if it was new and he said yes. Good technicians and real electricians can explain things to you and be transparent because they have nothing to hide. I paid $500 for my own used parts to be used again from my old unit and before I even had the chance to call the owner out on it (who seems to be in on the fraud, he was waiting in the car the entire time), he blocked me. I hired this company to replace the converter in my trailer after water entered through the vent and the unit began smoking and making a whining noise. I was charged $100 for a diagnosis, but Oscar immediately replaced the entire power center box without explaining what was actually being replaced. When I asked Oscar if the converter and other components would be new, I was told it would be a "new box." However, after the installation my lights began flickering and within minutes most of the interior lights stopped working (only the kitchen light remained on). All lights were functioning before the installation. When I contacted the technician, he said the job was complete and that I only hired him to replace the converter, not troubleshoot the lights. This was confusing because he had already replaced the entire unit instead of just the converter module. I later had another technician inspect the system and was told that several parts were not new. The converter appears to be refurbished, my old fuses were reused, and the circuit board also looks old and dusty. I was also charged for three breakers that appear to be the same ones that were already in the unit. Oscar did refund $100 after I raised concerns, but the electrical system is still not functioning properly and I will have to pay another technician to fix it. I recommend asking very detailed questions about what parts are actually being replaced (converter module vs full power center) and whether the components are new, refurbished, or reused before agreeing to the repair. I also found an entire unit for $179 that includes fuse box, fuses, converter module, and breakers online. I feel scammed and disappointed. I was going to keep this private but after inspecting the parts, it really is not fair and misleading he used my own old parts while presenting as new and then put me in a situation where I would have to pay more to fix the fuses, diagnose again, and "trouble shoot lights" when that was already part of the original problem. I was also told by the new tech that wires were taped. Not professional work at all. I feel bad leaving a bad review but they marked up the price on all of these components and intentionally misled me. He also didn't give me a door for the unit so it is exposed. He intentionally misled me which is the same as scamming someone. Do not trust their 5 star reviews.

I don't even believe they're qualified to diagnose electrical issues, much less repair them. Reposting this as after the tech tried to refute my points and failed after I posted the following photos and video showing they were lying, so instead they somehow had the comment removed from Yelp. They are not worth the cost to use their services, unless you routinely drench your cash in gasoline and light it on fire, merely to experience the enjoyment of watching it burn. First, they failed to even complete the job that they were paid to do, namely wire and mount a new inverter, after first stating that the original inverter was faulty and needed to be replaced. The device in question was discovered to have been placed on a ledge after I drove down the road and heard a massive boom from the storage bay. Upon inspection, I found the device had fallen off of the ledge where it had not been mounted at all and had not even connected to new control panel inside the coach itself. They had even left the original inverter in the compartment along with pieces of the new inverter that they must have removed at some point. Second, they somehow crippled the entire system to the point that nothing works at all anymore, not even the refrigerator. It's currently 86 degrees Fahrenheit outside and I am unable to even plug in a fan in order to cool down at all. Every single outlet is inoperable now, to include the fridge and microwave. The damage is so extensive that even running the generator isn't enough to power anything. Upon making multiple attempts trying to reach out and contact them about any of these issues, it was discovered that they had blocked my number. I wish Yelp offered the ability to have zero stars. I'm considering elevating this issue and taking this to small claims court to attempt to recoup the financial loss of paying someone to essentially make things worse. Whether through malicious intent or simple ignorance, I caution anyone who finds this person on Yelp to see this review and steer clear; otherwise you may find yourself shelling out funds to an RV Electrician, whom I had the firsthand experience to witness being locked out of their own vehicle due to an electrical issue that they were unable to fix and needed to call out AAA for help. Do not trust their kind demeanour and can-do attitude as they are quite simply a charlatan and con artist under the guise of Premier RV Repair. I would highly recommend Kevin Smith Enterprises up in San Marcos for any and all issues to your Recreational Vehicles.

Tim was out to our house the very next day, on time and with a small back up crew. Within an hour or so, he had our problem solved - turned out to be a failed circuit board and we were lucky that he had one available and on site, ready to switch out. Prior to the repairs he explained to me what was going on, what he was testing and what might need to be done. After they swapped out the circuit board, he showed me what he did, demonstrated the proper way to use a slide-out with a glitch in it, showed us the part he swapped out. He also did a complimentary roof inspection and told us that we could call him anytime, day or night, home or camping spot, and he would come out if we needed another repair down the road. Our payment went through Venmo and his prices are EXTREMELY reasonable, especially because of the quick turnaround. Then (yes, there is more) he sent us some instructional videos that we could use down the road. What impressed me the most was his friendliness, his courtesy and his kindness. The same goes for his staff, Ivan and... (forgive me... missed his name even though he told me but I blabbered away and forgot, didn't want to look inattentive by asking for it again. Was it... Vince?) But I can tell you, they were friendly and outgoing, which also speaks volumes for the company they work for. In today's climate where you ask for a quote and you never hear back, you leave a voice mail and you never hear back, or you finally hear back and the next available spot is 2 weeks away, having Tim and his crew come out the very next day reminded me of what actual customer service is. I was given a 1hr window for arrival within 3 hours of calling and he arrived prompt and ready to get to work. As a 20yr retired mechanic I had an idea what could be leaking, but Tim walked me through the locations of these "trouble points", ran through the scenario systematically, and fixed our problem within 30min while showing me what to look for and why... It's so hard to find trustworthy help these days or assistance that's affordable... Finding both in the same guy with EWT was the blessing we needed to save our camping trip. I can see why he's one of the few approved vendors allowed into Santee Lakes Recreational campgrounds. Thanks again Tim!

The camper was extremely wobbly and then on day 3 the camp staff informed me they never lowered the stabilizers on the RV when they set up. I've asked for a discount but they refuse to respond. I tried to book them via RV Share but they pushed me to their site probably because their service is so bad. They stopped replying to any of my calls and text with in the first day of a four day trip. Stay away from this company Update: everything I said was 100% true and I have receipts. RV wasn't set up as the stabilizers were not deployed. We contacted you via text, and phone calls with voicemails multiple times. I'm not bashing any small company, I'm pointing out completely unacceptable business practices.
