I felt scammed which is so disappointing. When I called they said dip would cost $45. I drove straight there and was in 10 minutes after this call. After they did my nails it was suddenly $60?! Apparently they "redid" the menu so it should've been $50, which I wish they honored the price they told me, and then they charged me extra for removing what was previously on my nails and shaping? I wish I knew, because $45 nails jumping to $60 is insane. They gave me a gift certificate as part of a promotion, and because my nails looked good I planned to return to give them one more try, even though the price upset me. But exactly one week later FOUR of my nails chipped?? With dip that lasts 2-3 weeks? I started getting dip around 5-6 years ago and have never had four nails chip in one week. Very upset. read more

I had high hope's after reading the reviews but this is not a 5 star salon. Cindy screwed that up on my very first appointment. I had a consultation with Cindy to show her the color I wanted my hair to be "Cooper Red". I even brought a picture and video of the color. As part of the consultation I wanted to know about the salon's pricing for each process. Cindy told me the cost for what I wanted done to my hair would be under $200 and it shouldn't take more than 2 hours. I was also made aware on the very first appointment that a blow dry and flat iron is free but after that the charge is $35 and up. (Of course, I was not pleased about that at all.) NOTHING LIKE GOUGING THE CLIENT IN THE WALLET. How in the hell is anyone supposed to know what their hair color looks like until it is dry. Hair color always looks different when it is wet vs dry. Sorry to say and regret, I did make an appointment and waited 6 weeks for my roots to grow out so Cindy could color my hair. I brought the picture and video to my very first appointment to ensure she knew want I wanted. BIG MISTAKE - Cindy only colored my roots and gave me a few highlights. (I never asked for highlights) I asked her why my hair was separated with foils because she needed to color my hair. "ALL OF MY HAIR" Her response was; "as a professional I will not jeopardize the integrity of the hair with chemicals". UNBELIEVEABLE - REALLY - SERIOUSLY???? She just put chemicals on my roots and highlights are chemicals (which is bleaching) to lift color. I do not understand a stylist that gives attitude to the client when it is my hair and I am paying for it. Oh, and I ended up paying more than expected. Cindy made my roots a reddish gold color but never colored the rest of my hair. Even worse the gold color around my face was brassy almost glowing. For some unknown reason Cindy thought I wanted a gold tone to my color. "COOPER RED" DOES NOT HAVE GOLD IN IT. Cindy wanted me to come back in 3 days so she could put a gloss on my hair to even out the color. If she couldn't do the job right the first time: FORGET IT. On top of that I was there for 3 1/2 hours and the cost was over $200. NOTHING LIKE GOUGING THE CLIENT IN THE WALLET. I would NOT recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Warning think twice! I went in for a consultation and was excited only to be completely shocked when I saw my hair at the end and my bill. It looked nothing like the Pinterest photo shown, and I was charged $100 over my consultation price. I was in tears when asking about the over priced hair that was now colored unlike what shown and visioned for myself. They told me they charged up per each ounce of dye and bleached used- I've never heard of such a thing-ever since Going to salons to get highlights for over two decades. I believe was completely taken advantage of bc I was a new client asking for a cut and highlighy with long hair. Well now I have 5 inches chopped, bad highlights that the stylist liked for herself (not what I wanted), fried hair and will be crawling back to my long time stylist out of town to fix it. Never will I ever return or recommend this place to anybody. Through this bad experience I did get my $100 back, but now have a look, color and bad experience that I wasnt quoted.
