We had a soccer tournament in Indio so we decided to camp with two other families from our team. We all stayed at Shadow Hills RV Resort for the weekend. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They made sure that our 3 families were located next to each other. They had no problem with us checking out a little late on Sunday due to our game schedule. One staff member came out when we were at the pool and asked how our games were going. She then took it upon herself to write a sweet message for our team on their message board on the building. The resort is clean, well-maintained, and beautiful. All of the other guests were friendly. Most RV resorts are staffed with friendly people, but the staff at Shadow Hills RV resort really care about their guests and their facility. We will definitely be back! read more

This was a beautiful place to camp I would give it a five star had they not been so horrible about refunding our money for the three nights that we canceled. We canceled three nights in December and as of the end of January, after they promised us they would put refund through right away, we have not yet been reimbursed. We have called them multiple times only to be put off. We still have not been reimbursed! So if you're going to stay here and enjoy this lovely campground, be sure you don't pay first because if you have to cancel, good luck at getting a refund! staff are great but....the pool was out of order for over a week since we arrived. How long before that unknown. are charged for wifi and cable never of which work. when the pool was repaired we briefly had an opportunity to use it but it was so cold no one in the park was in it. well the hot tub worked for awhile but then they ran out of propane so that was also out. poor poor management read more

Shadow Hills RV Resort is a breath of fresh air. All of the staff, throughout the many days I was there (more than a month), were very accommodating, considerate and genuinely cared about assuring my stay as a guest was the best it could possibly be. When you see all of these people, busily moving about, fixing and grooming everything in sight, you get an idea for what it takes to keep an RV place running smoothly. When I needed help with my RV, Johnathan, Jason and Victor were always accommodating, working to see that I got taken care of. One day I had to do some moving around with my trailer and Jason was there to help me. But I couldn't be there immediately. When I showed up, Jason had already taken care of everything, including assuring that the rear wheels had a wheel chock so the trailer wouldn't move. I didn't ask him to do that, he just did it - as part of doing the right kind of job. Hannah made sure the bushes and trees were trimmed properly, so they didn't rub against my RV. Every day she was out there, picking up the morning trash bags from all of the guests and then coming back later to assure that all guest RV pad areas were in good order. Often, at night, one of the staff would drive by slowly, asking everyone, "how are you doing, is everything going well for you." Nobody ever does that at an RV resort - that's impressive. They really care about their guests. At the office, Missy and Felisa were always pleasant and ALWAYS took time to find out what they could do to help me accomplish anything I needed. The laundry machines were great - I am always scared to use public washers and dryers, but I was really impressed with the good, reliable equipment. The pool and jacuzzi are incredible. They have their own well, so the water is wonderful, and not full of city chemicals. But I think that the best things is that the showers and toilets were ALWAYS clean and working properly. The most disgusting thing about any hotel, motel, or resort, is dirty, gross restrooms. Everyday, there were two very conscientious ladies, Patricia and Maria, that cleaned the restrooms, showers and laundry rooms. and they were always spotless. I got to meet the owners, Paula and David. They are very loving people and truly want to do whatever it takes to please you. I highly recommend this place. I know that this post is really positive and sounds like it is over the top, but I had to go into all of the detail about all of the things that made my stay there an extreme pleasure. read more

We landed at Shadow Hills RV Resort a little by chance (and a little by bad luck on our tow truck's end) but they had plenty of room to get us in on a last minute reservation in early December. We ended up staying a total of 3 nights there and really enjoyed it! It's a very clean resort which I think is incredibly important and one of the first things I look at. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our situation. Wifi for us wasn't great (we stayed on the side of the park close to the main road) but we were able to manage working. Pool area looked very clean but we didn't use it. I did use the fitness room which the staff said they were working on but I thought was great! They have multiple sets of weights and quite a few machines and it's a relatively big space. The showers/bathrooms were some of the cleaner ones I've seen. Staff comes around and picks up trash and fills propane so you don't have to go drop it all yourself. Overall, I enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone! read more

I strongly recommend this RV resort. Easy to find. Great welcoming from the staff. Excellent customer service. The employees are always around keeping up with the up keeps of the place. It's small but it has everything you need. The WiFi is great (can't say that about other resorts) nice pool and jacuzzi. Great spot for sunset viewing. It's clean and neat. WOWOWOWOWOW! I stayed here with a friend during our first Coachella trip (weekend 2) since we couldn't get our hands on the actual car-camping at the festival. Like, did you go on the site when the tickets released? It was impossible. Anyways - I did a few research to still have that "camping" experience and came across Shadow Hills RV Resorts via Coachella's shuttle pass map (since that is what we also purchased). This place is AMAZING! They had 5 bathrooms/showers, that were all maintained and kept very clean throughout the day. A pool, snack bar, lunch and dinner which was delicious and bang for the buck and saved me with my "lets budget for Coachella." Our campsite was 10x10 for 2 people and was okay for the night being. I mean "okay" because we are clearly not campers, prefer hotels, and basically okay - we're slightly unprepared. We only brought a tent, sleeping bag, pillows, and such. Kept it very minimal. (REGRET) They kept a lot for parking open and we basically just went back and forth to grab our stuff before heading out to the festival etc. Overall - if you are coming here for any festival, this is a great place to go. Friendly staff - they check up on you everyday, lots of space, they didn't overcrowd it, clean - and clean bathrooms - stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and your camping space even has a electric plug. We stayed here for just one night on our way through town. The staff were very nice and professional. The park is immaculate. The spaces are large and provide some privacy with hedges. Definitely would return and recommend. The only complaint is that our spot had 4 large bags of garbage on it from the previous campers. I mentioned it but they were never removed. For 70+$ I would of liked to have been able to use my picnic table and sitting space. read more

Absolutely lovely spot! We brought our travel trailer and were dwarfed by the large motor homes. It's quite the place for snowbirds! Everyone was very nice and friendly. The site was well maintained. Absolutely outstanding RV Resort. The staff was unbelievably accommodating, friendly and helpful, making sure we had a long pull- through site and didn't have to unhook from the trailer (for a one night stay). The facilities could not have been cleaner or more beautiful. There were hundreds of oleander bushes in bloom. The ponds and pool were so peaceful and welcoming after a long day on the road. I WOULD HAVE RATHER STAYED IN A HOTEL! But we decided to go to Coachella last minute so this was the "cheaper" option. Its $150 per person for Coachella weekend. Which includes Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Check out is at 12:00p on Monday. It is a pretty great deal right? So of course you have to bring your own camping gear such as tent, air mattress, canopies (strongly suggested), towels, shampoo, face wash, blankets (it gets really cold at night I would bring like 2-3), slippers, (girls I would suggest UGGS since there is a lot of DIRT), shower sandals, coolers, table, lanterns and flash lights. Those are just some of the items we brought. So there are like 4 shower stations 3 of them have only 3 showers. You will have to wait about 20-40 minutes to shower if you get there between 9am-12pm. The showers are clean and have hot water until they run out! YES I had to shower with ICE COLD water on Sunday because I waited until 1:00pm to shower! Sure I didn't have to wait in line to shower but it didnt beat the struggle of the cold water. I strongly suggest to bring shower sandals and UGGS for after you shower and you're making your way back to your camp site. There is so much dirt that you will end up with muddy feet or dirty feet again. Okay so they have a large mirror with charge stations and outlets for curling irons, straighteners, blow dryers next to the bathrooms which is good for the ladies to get ready. Only problem is its usually packed. I would get ready under my canopy and just go do my hair over there. But you will feel like your face is melting as you're applying your make up! Oh and let's hope it's not windy because good luck applying your make up with wind and hair all over your face! Okay so make sure you pee before going to bed because there is nothing more annoying than having to take a 5 minute walk to go pee in the middle of the night in the cold and in the dark. So you must be wondering why am I giving this place 5 stars. Well because despite how "high maintenance" I am. I had so much fun and survived!!!! Everyone is so friendly. All the fellow campers are there to just have fun and party and meet people. On Thursday night they have like a pre-party by the pool and/or everyone parties at their camp site. The days of Coachella they have the pool open early to pre-party and pregame! The staff is beyond incredible. You feel their hospitality from the moment you get there. I'm pretty sure it is family owned and operated. The food they serve is cheap and taste good. They have breakfast lunch and dinner. No matter what time of the day it is they make sure to greet you with a friendly smile. The facility is huge! The restrooms and showers are always clean. They also have a fitness center. The fitness center is small but has the basic things you need to get a work out. They also have a nice AC room with a charge station if you want to eat in there or cool down for a bit. The pool is big and they have areas for you to sun bathe in. They also have camping gear rentals in case you forget anything. They also have a general store where you can purchase anything you might have forgotten. You're also free to take your car in and out. The shuttle runs through this place so it's so convenient. If camping is an option is the future for Coachella, this is definitely the place we'll be staying it. read more

My first Coachella experience....and I had such an amazing time at Shadow Hills! Seriously so glad that the festival campgrounds sold out and I decided to camp here. The price was very reasonable considering that it's Coachella weekend and they could've jacked up the price. We paid $50 perperson for 3 nights. I also really appreciate the fact that they don't overbook the place. There was a lot of extra space for campers and they could've squeezed more reservations but they don't - thankgod! There's a pool, showers, breakfast/lunch/midnight snacks served! I heard that last year they had a dj by the pool too, how cool is that?! Everyone there is super chill. They have little outlets all over the sites too so you can charge your phone, or you can use the outlets in the club house. The gals there are so so nice! We decided to have a bonfire on sat night, and Paula was totally up for it and they even brought out marshmallows! If you're planning to come here for Coachella, make sure you come early to get a nice shaded spot, cause it gets freakin HOTT. and use the showers in the back by the RVs, there are 3 extra showers and it's cleaner! Great rv spot. We have stayed here numerous times and it is always well kept, clean restrooms and showers, and friendly staff. Prices are comparable to other rv parks in the area. I would highly recommend it. It is close to the highway so you do hear some traffic, but I always turn on a fan at night anywhere we stay and it drowns out any noise. read more

I stayed here for Stagecoach 2014 and this place was AMAZING. MY boyfriend and I did the tent camping. We showed up around 6-7 on Thursday night and there was plenty of space. We were able to park our car close to our tent as well. The bathrooms were great. Very clean and multiple showers. Did I mention that they were free?! They also had two stations on each side of the restrooms, outside to one side is a big sink like for cleaning or rinsing dishes and to the other side is a station with a big mirror and plenty of outlets to charge your phone. The pool area was a nonstop party! (Granted, everywhere was a non stop party which was half the fun :P). People would be there until like 2, 3, 4 o'clock dancing and swimming and relaxing. They also had food you could buy. They made breakfast every morning, lunch, and dinner most nights. All of it was delicious, I ate quite a few meals there. This definitely saved with buying as much food our selves, and with cooking and clean up. They also had this open room that was air conditioned with plenty of tables and even a couch and a TV! Great for escaping the heat :P We bought shuttle passes and they went right to Shadow hills. Getting on and off the shuttle was always easy. I won't even bother looking for anywhere else to stay for Stagecoach, couldn't imagine some place better. I will DEFINITELY be returning to Shadow Hills next year! read more

COACHELLA '07: I'm all for roughing it and getting down and dirty in the desert, but I'm also willing to opt for a taste of luxury if given the opportunity--and by luxury, I mean RUNNING WATER and STANDARD PLUMBING. If you're a Coachella pilgrim looking for a place to crash without feeling like a dirty hobo, Shadow Hills is an EXCELLENT alternative to camping at the Coachella site. The grimey days of portable toilets and waiting in line for mobile showers are over! About 5 miles from the Indio Polo Fields, Shadow Hills is equipped with shower stalls, toilets, a pool and jacuzzi, and lots and lots of space to relax and meet other campers after a long day of rocking out. Four friends and I reserved a tent site, and we each paid $60 for the entire weekend. BYOB and open containers are A-OK, breakfast and late-night dinner are offered to all campers, and Paula the Owner runs a great, friendly staff who worked hard to keep the resort clean and comfortable (for over 400 campers that weekend). My stay at Shadow Hills was PHENOMENAL, and I would choose them again the next time I'm back for Coachella. read more

When it comes to RV living, there are few havens that compare to Shadow Hills. This place is as wondrous as it is spectacular. Not only were the physical attributes of this paradise near indescribable but the staff that fostered the experience was second to none. The real kicker here, other than all of the unparalleled components I alluded to above, is the pool. This aquatic utopia came fully loaded with a temperature that can only be compared to the feelings of pure joy a young kangaroo feels whence seeing it's joey emerge from the womb! We spent the last 2 nights at Shadow Hills RV Park and were very impressed by the staff and facilities there. Missy and Dawn were very helpful and friendly through the reservation and check in process. There are nice tall hedges between many of the campsites that give a lot of privacy. We had a nice picnic table and the pad was quite level. Free coffee is served in the pool cabana every morning at 8:15 am and there were real half-and-half and flavored non-dairy creamers available. We used the laundry facilities in one of their two very clean laundry rooms which were very reasonable $1.50 to wash (30 min) and $1.25 to dry (45 min). An iron and ironing board, hanging rack and folding table were conveniently located in the room. We also used their shower facilities which were some of the nicest I've seen in any RV park. The showed and restrooms were immaculately maintained. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash with a bench and plenty of hooks to hang your towel and clothes in dry areas in every shower. There is a well-equipped gym that we didn't have time to use, but saw other guests working out. The only issue we had was with the internet. We were unable to get any connection to either of their wireless spots during our visits, but everything else was so nice that we still would give Shadow Hills RV Park 5-stars! Kudos to all of the staff for keeping the landscaping, pool area and all of the facilities in such great condition. Also thanks to the staff for receiving our Amazon packages and giving us all the detailed information so that we were able to enjoy so many of the amenities of this wonderful RV Park! Overall had a nice stay. However, we were put in what they call a grass site which is basically dead Bermuda on the pass side and dirt in the rear with bushes right up against you. We stayed here for two nights in our 40ft 5th wheel recently. The pads are all concrete level slabs with good hookups. They don't have any pull through spaces that we saw but there was enough room that backing in wasn't a big deal. They have an amazing pool, pleasant walking trails and friendly staff. We didn't use any of the other facilities as we have a great shower and laundry set up in our trailer but everything looked very clean and well maintained. We are their in the "off season" so there was a nice amount of room. Some of the sites are a little close together but not so bad that your slide out is touching your neighbors rig. If you happen to be in Indio you should definitely consider this park! read more

We loved our 4 nights with them. We did not use the game room but it looked great. We did use the pool and hot tub every day we were there. The reception up front was genuine and friendly. Even though we were past 6 our reservation papers were waiting for us. The grounds and bathrooms were kept nice and clean. It was their off season so people were spaced throughout the park. This was our destination for our small motorhome group. We were greeted by a high locked gate.....rather unwelcoming especially as we weren't given a code. After checking in we found our sites kinda near each other but NOT across from each other as requested several times by our group host & hostess. Sites which could have brought us closer together remained empty our entire stay. One couple had to cancel a few days prior (the park was notified) and sadly the park did not "comp" even one night of our 3 day stay so, do not expect any financial courtesy. None. At first we were told the couple would not be charged, then Shadow Hills retracted that. We were stuck paying three nights for a site never used. We had use of a large room for our stay and ate three meals there. Unfortunately a large, broken cooler like refrigerator must have malfunctioned .....a service crew made an effort to repair it Friday during our dinner. Unfortunately the noise continued 24 hours a day and was very disruptive making it difficult to hear our own group at meals. The machine should have been unplugged, it was obviously broken and empty of food items. The Friday campfire must be a weekly event, they served drinks and it was enjoyable. Sunday was an ice cream social......$1 for delicious ice cream and toppings. A little good with a little bad. Our group will discuss whether to go again......we aren't sure. read more

I stayed here for Coachella weekend 2. Got here on Friday noon and most of the good camping spots were taken by Thursday noon. So the spots left were on the grass field in the far back area. The shower and restroom were very small. Only 3 showers in one restroom building. So expect a long line during rush hours. Food was cheap but there wasn't much option. I lost my appetite after seeing tons of flies surround the prep table that landed on the veggies Pros: pool and DJ were cool. Free flip flop. Shuttle bus pick up was right in front so no need for long walk. Overall the my stay was ok. You get what you pay for. read more

We were planning on staying at Shadow Hills for stagecoach 2020. It was cancelled, rescheduled for October, then cancelled again, and it was decided that 2020 ticket purchases would roll to 2021. We called Shadow Hills Tuesday July 14, when my wife and I decided finally that we just couldn't risk going to the festival ( bucket list item and it was hard to let go) and were told by shadow hills office refunds were only going to be honored if requested before Friday, July 10th and that we were notified by email. Sure enough in a spam folder, Shadow Hills sent an email on June 12 requiring a response by July 10th for a refund, despite the fact that festival goers had until today, July 15th, to decide if they wanted to roll their tickets to the next year or to request a refund for the tickets. No phone call despite our phone number being on file. No letter even though our address was on file. We sent an email to the office, and the owners, Mark and Paula Turner explaining the mix up, wondering why there was no other attempt to contact, and pleading for a refund. We have received no response. Poor business that obviously does not care. Here is a case study of what caring, community friendly business owners would do: We were supposed to stay at Gold Dust casino in Carson city NV, in the RV park for my sons baseball tournament this upcoming weekend 7/26-7/29. It was cancelled two weeks ago, and rescheduled for 8/14-8/16. Gold Dust called, asked us if we would be attending the tournament on the rescheduled date, or would we like a refund. Next stop, Gold Dust Casino's Yelp page for a 5 star review. If this review upsets you, as they are taking advantage of people, show it with your business, find another place to stay for Coachella, or stagecoach, or for your next golf trip. At this point we are forced to eat $1005.00 that we don't have. Must be nice to be millionaire real estate moguls in Indio, but can't spring for a letter sent to the people who have reservations at your place of business during this crisis. Stayed here twice both, on our way to Florida from NorCal and on my our way back. Both times we called on the afternoon while in route and they accommodated us greatly; even when we pulled in at midnight and needed to call to get the gate code. This RV park is very much Resort-Like with nice semi-private spaces for your RV and even grass spots available. The staff is amazing too. The first night (the night we arrived at midnight) our water pump had started a leak (yeah major bummer) and the next morning we asked if they had somewhere we could wash our dishes. The nice gentleman directed us to their kitchen and we were able to wash our dishes, then use their clean restrooms before hitting the road. I wish I could stay longer to vacation here; hopefully, we'll be back. read more

We booked this place way in advance in Feb for Coachella weekend 1. Added a tent package as we did not want to travel with all that stuff from the bay area. Everyone was very helpful and really nice a day before we left for the SHRV as we had confirmed twice with the people on the phone that the tent will be up and someone will be there (Security guard) to check you in and take you to your tent although we were coming in at 3 am. The moment we got to the venue ... hell broke loose ! Unfortunately, it was one of the windiest weekends with winds up to 50 mph and sand dust flying all around. Nevertheless, after driving 9 straight hours we wanted to crash in our already setup tent. Alas! The security guard was not aware of where to put us up as he was not relayed any info!!! We could not believe our luck. All we could do was wait and rest in the car. Hours later at 8ish when the owner arrives, I approached him to check on our reservation. He asks for my name and after 15 mins says cannot find you. On confirming my last name he says "Oh!! Now I see it, I was using your first name as your last name" . I mean really ? We drove all night not to find a spot to sleep and then this ? Furthermore, he finds my contract and says it does not have a tent package (This is something I had already been sent receipt for) So again after asking him to re-check, he finally finds our reservation.. hooray !!! But wait a minute, I did not want to pay for it yet as this un-organized act had led us to a sleepless night and its almost 9 am with still no signs of bed around. On asking for a compensation for the same, the owner totally went defensive and rude ! It got to a point where it was all about what he said-she said and an unpleasant argument. The customer service had totally gone for a toss ! All I had done was set my expectations as per their email. It states off hours checkin will have a "welcome package" for getting to their tent / sites. (Nowhere in sight when we arrived) Also, called the numbers listed in the email and left VM but no response. This "welcome package" is of course something we were not expecting to get. Eventually, the owner agreed to give us a discount on the stay but the overall experience was ruined. Later that day, the staff members did a great job to try and make us feel welcome. They apologized for the mishap and added that there were a lot more customers who could not get in last night and will be provided with a meal as a compensation. I think it was just our luck that we had to deal with the owner. To add, the food options are very limited but the overall facility is very clean as noted by other yelpers as well. The shuttle stop is right there which makes life easy. If you are not planning to get totally hammered or have a designated driver I would suggest not even getting the shuttle pass but driving to Coachella yourself. It's really swift and traffic is well managed overall. They do have a pool party which livens things up in the day time. All in all it was a poor experience and I will definitely look someplace else for the next time. 5 stars to the staff there (MINUS the Owner)! What can't I say about Shadow Hills RV Resort?? My husband and I joined an RV Club and Oct. 2013 was our turn to be "wagonmasters"--where you plan an outing for your group. After waiting a few months for the rates to be fixed, Jen and Monica (in the office), helped me nail down all of the details. Here is a list of all that they have to offer: 1) Clean AND well stocked bathrooms. Literally, you don't have to bring anything (except your toothbrush); they had all types of health and personal care items you might need including dental floss, shaving cream, Qtips, even deodorant. 2) The pool and spa are cleaned daily, and you can request the temp of either one to be adjusted up or down. Sirius Satellite radio is played in the pool, clubhouse and common areas. Again, just go to the office and request any style of music. 3) Large, large, HUGE clubhouse with all the tables and chairs pre-set up for us for our monthly meeting. The air-conditioner was turned up for us (since it was still hot), There is a stage, sound system, lighting, everything to have an event. Plus: Jen told me to use whatever I wanted to in the large, well-stocked kitchen, so instead of using paper plates we used their nice glass plates for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 4) Huge dog park with two sections--one for small dogs, one for other dogs. This dog park had grass, not sand or bark, like most dog parks. Plenty of chairs for humans to sit in; and here's the FINAL TOUCH that makes this place great: they don't have a ratty old water bowl like most places; they have an actual water fountain that is motion-activated so that there is ALWAYS fresh water for your dogs. 5) Most RV Parks are very strict and tell you to walk your dogs in the dog parks ONLY. Not at Shadow Hills!! They let you walk your dog where ever you want, as long as you pick up after them. They even provide the plastic bags for your dog's waste. 6) Two huge ponds with koi and other wildlife. At 5:30pm Jen gathers up the kids in the park and takes them to the pond to view and feed the fish. I have never seen an RV Park owner or manager do anything remotely as dedicated as Jen did. I met one of the owners and she took time out from her very busy schedule to show me around and explain their plans for expansion. 7) Huger than huge community fire pit in the back--beyond the dog park, next to the ponds. Shadow Hills provides the wood, sets the fire, and puts it out when everyone is done enjoying it. There are lots of tables and chairs, lots and lots of room for ALL the campers to come and have fun!! Our group shared the fire ring with 2 families who had 3 kids between them. Everyone came with snacks, refreshments, and their dogs. I really just didn't want that evening to ever end!! 8) So many other things that are de rigueur at Shadow Hills, such as card room with hundreds of DVDs that you can borrow to watch, to weight room and shuffle board room and free cookie upon check-in. This RV Resort is THE place to camp and is at the pinnacle due, in no small part, to their staff. Jen and Andy came by 4-5 times per day to see if we needed anything. At other RV Parks you're lucky if the manager or office staff even remember your NAME!! What could possible top all of this great service? Andy came in to our meeting and took a group photo of us. While we were eating and conducting our meeting, Jen and Andy printed and assembled a photo keepsake for each couple in our group, then came back to present us with them. Wow!!! WOW!!! I don't usually come on Yelp to rate. I HAD to for this place. We stayed for weekend two of Coachella. They were extremely friendly. We ran into a couple of issues: 1) Someone claimed the spot we chose but did not put any of their belongings down. When we came back after setting our tent up the people were there claiming they had been there earlier than us. We spoke to the manager and she was EXTREMELY friendly. We did end up moving over one spot but she helped us and it ended up being a bigger spot. 2) Our power did not work. We went to the front and they sent someone right away who fixed it within a matter of a couple of minutes. Besides those two issues (which were basically nonissues) everything was great! We were able to set up right across from the showers. During the middle of the day the bathroom became a tiny crowded but it was WAY less crowded than I expected it to be for it being Coachella weekend. I was able to shower daily. We also did not expect to have a little power post next to our tent. We were able to set up a fan and straighten our hair. They offered food and toiletries to help make the stay comfortable. I am SO glad we chose this place and will probably come here again next year! read more

Large concrete sites are easy to get in and out. Unfortunately our site didn't have grass but most do. The dog areas are WAAAY to small. The staff are friendly and helpful. read more

Fantastic place, and fantastic people! I have never given a yelp review until now but I had to recommend this place for its amenities, it's superb customer service, it's friendly staff, and easy booking website. I came here for Coachella in April and had an amazing time! I will forever recommend if going to the festival to first book with shadow hills rv! Not only is everyone friendly, respectful, and hospitable, their shuttles to the venue make it truly a perfect holiday experience. I got to meet all my neighbors and make friends with everyone there. Never had insane lines for food, showers, or to purchase sunscreen or ice from the lobby but was always greeted warmly and treated fairly. They even had an Easter church service for those inclined! Which I thoroughly enjoyed and didn't find overly preachy or in your face; just another feature and service for those inclined to use it, much like their air conditioned ping pong/tv room or the pool and spa! tl;dr: stay here !
