A tire in that condition shouldn't have been sold to anyone, especially at that price. I expected a safe, usable tire, but instead I ended up with something that needed to be replaced almost immediately. I feel like I wasted my money, and I'm very disappointed with the quality of the product and the lack of honesty. The mechanics came out as soon as we pulled up, take a look, gave us a diag and an estimate within 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, they wouldn't be able to obtain the parts for a couple days and we had to be in LA by morning. So no repair was done but they assured us it was safe to drive the vehicle back home to swap vehicles. They didn't charge anything for the diag and were very friendly and helpful!
