The only time they approached us was to tell us that they turned off the lights intentionally, we had to ask if that meant the were closed, which they said yes. So, beware of coming around 11PM. If the business thinks they are having a slow night, they will close early and you'll still pay the full price. Tribeca next door is a much experience and they'll treat you with respect.
