This has been MoMo's go to groomer since he was a puppy. The owners are a couple and they're really sweet and patient with MoMo. My dog hates having his face touch and generally hates any cleansing that doesn't involve his tongue. MoMo's cut is great- not too short or too long. He always smells so good after going to the groomers. You have the option of letting your dog be free or in a kennel while waiting for you to pick them up after their groom. He's not kennel trained so that was just a bonus for us. The prices are fantastic. read more

We used to take our dogs there whenever they needed a wash and trim. They changed owners and we recently took our dog over for a wash and de shedding. The price has gone way up. Understandable, I guess. The problem is, is that they trimmed our dog way too close under the tail which caused bleeding and a huge scab and didn't let us know about it. We didn't see this until the next day. Accidents happen but at least bring it to the owners attention. Won't be going back. read more

When scheduling my appointment, t was told they would do the sanitary trim and paw trim during my appointment. When we went in, we were told there wasn't a groomer in so this wasn't done. It was $55 for a bath and brush on a 9 lb dog. Also, while holding my day, the guy yelled at his dog. I have a dachshund who is super reactive and this scared him. Really frustrating because I was looking forward to having a groomer so close to home. read more

We were able to get a same day walk in for a cut and bath for our 30lb dog, took about 2.5 hours and cost about $70. They keep paper files about the dog and can take notes, I'd recommend letting them know exactly what you like before/after the cut so they can keep it for next time in case you don't remember. It was good service for us. We had an issuer with length on the tail and ears being too long and they took our pup back and got him taken care of quickly while I waited. Downside is scheduling is generally telephonic only, price is a bit high and they strongly prefer cash. We have used them about once a quarter and trust them with our pup moving forward as well! read more

I took two small dogs for grooming. One is a tiny, shy Shih Tzu. They charged double the normal charges because she had to have someone else hold her (BS). Showed me a 3 second video telling me dhe was hard to handle. They have a dishonest scam going on here. The other dog was charged higher as well. Don't go here....very dishonest business. read more

So very disappointed!!! My husband went in earlier this week and spoke with a gentleman who gave him a price for a cut, including trimming nails $75, which is the same or retired groomer charged. This price was not honored when we were there today. We even confirmed with the lady checking us in that we wanted him shaved, not shedded (whatever that is), and again we were given the same price. When we came in to pick him up, he was not shaved, just a bath and I guess shedded. When we asked about it, now a different person said very rudely we got what we asked for...NOT!!! When the lady who checked us in came out she back tracked on what she said. They then began not speaking English when I asked them to speak so that we could understand them, they laughed and again became rude and very argumentative. Well, I'm the wrong person to do that with. So it began, my husband paid them as he wanted to just get out of this dishonest establishment. I started to walk out and they began to say other crap again, not in English. I had my husband take the dog and I went back to discuss the situation in English and it went down hill immediately. She would snatch my pups face and completely shove my pups face in a muzzle extremely rough. They are extremely rude and don't ask how you want you pups hair cut. I took my goldendoodle here because his previous groomer moved out of state. I've got to say that I'm offended by the treatment of my dog. Not only did they miss treat him and leave him with several cuts. They also did a horrible job. His ears are untouched, his nails are jagged and horribly done. Great friendly service at reasonable prices. Got my German Shepherd mix washed there last weekend. In the past I have used self dog washes, but they did a much better job than I do. My dog was done in a little less than two hours and looked great. And I liked that I didn't see any crates, but simply gated off areas where the dogs could wait. Made an appointment over the phone to be the first dog of the day on a Tuesday. Got quoted $75 for a full service for my 110 pound, fresh from the shelter, great Pyrénées. Showed up and was a little confused by the name on the window being different but was greeted by Valerie who took amazing care of my girl right away. We left to get breakfast and when we returned Greta was washed and almost done. Valerie seemed to struggle with clipping her claws so my roommate and I volunteered to jump in and help hold her down. I was misled by the picture of the westie on the images to think they would do a good job on my dog. I was drawn by the "crate free environment" and the high rating, but my dog got the worst haircut of her life here last week. They clearly don't know what "traditional westie cut" meant because she asked me how I wanted her cut on each part of her body. She came back with spots that were shaved almost down to her skin and her face (which I specifically asked to be kept long) was cut short on one side (making her look like she has an asymmetrical bob haircut) It looks horrendous and I don't want anyone to waste their money and get the mangled haircut my dog came home with. Went in because it's close to my house. Half of my two dogs' nails WEREN'T clipped, and the rest were uneven. Never again.

I've been a fan of this place but the last 2 times they've cut my dog pretty bad to the point of a lot of blood being drawn. She also has little razor nicks all over. They cut her really deep on her shoulder and when I asked her about it she just blew it off. This last time they also messed up around her eyes. The skin was was bright red for 2 days from being really raw. Her hair really wasnt that long, I just wanted it cut because it's been so hot. No excuse to cut her and irritate her skin that bad. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I did like this place. Not sure if it's because they rushed. The last 2 times the owner has called me after a couple of hours on a weekday maybe around like 1 "you're dog is ready come get her now, I want to close and go home." I'll be trying somewhere else on the next cut. read more

I had an appointment with this place for my fur baby on July 30,21. I walked in and the staff were all sitting in the lobby eating. I thought, ok, gotta eat. Then I saw this poor dog in the window barking and there were other dogs barking. The business is not clean. I could not in good conscience leave my dog there. So, I left. I was happy with the cut my poodle received, her hair was matted after giving birth to pups and having to avoid grooming while nursing. I'm taking off stars though for the price issues. I had no problem with paying $75 since she needed to be shaved. The problem is that I was told that the cost for grooming was $45 and the customer in front of me was charged $45. The owner told me that the cost would be $75 to groom my dog, regardless of her condition. I don't mind a price increase for a one-time harder job. A permanent price increase is unacceptable. If you want your dog to get a good haircut and don't mind being treated unfairly, feel free to give this place a try. I'll never go back. read more
