(I can judge physicians fairly well because I was in the healthcare business for 30 years--so I recognize "the good and the bad.") Dr. Tuttle stands out among the rest. He takes so much time to listen and seems to be in the practice of medicine because he genuinely wants to be of help to his patients. I lived with increasing pain for several years. After a hysteroscopy & laparoscopy revealed my cervix was adhered to my bladder I knew I needed a skilled surgeon. I searched for several opinions & chose Dr. Lyons to perform a Da Vinci assisted total laparoscopic hysterectomy & a bilateral salpingectomy. He saved my bladder! I was nervous to go home the same day from surgery, but I got along extremely well. I credit Dr. Lyons & his surgery team for how well I have healed. In his practice I met with PA Erin Fuller first, then Dr. Lyons, then PA Erin Fuller for pre-op, Lyons performed surgery & Fuller assisted. Urgent care or ER is an absolute nightmare. It doesn't matter if there are 5 or 50 patients…read morewaiting you will wait, wait, and wait until you see a doctor. And not only are you waiting...you are waiting in a room suitable to refrigerate your groceries in the Summer. The ER staff is dressed in winter garb but if you are in comfortable Summer attire, I guarantee you'll leave there with a low grade fever or at least an infection of some type. Your best bet is to go to an Urgent Care Clinic.

The phone rings forever and there's no answering machine on any option except for the prescription refill line. I've never experienced this with any other clinic to where you cannot call to speak to anyone, and not have an option to leave a message. This may be a Covid related problem, but I think their phone system is not working properly, or they need to have receptionists working in a call area to take phone calls. It was incredibly hard to just get my first appointment scheduled, and now I can't even follow up since the appointment. It's useless.
